It went great. Took a little longer than advertised but only because he had to go get parts to retro-fit my older garage door.

He came right on time. Let me know what had to be done . Came the next day was very professional and polite . After He was done with everything he had me check it out . I was very please work . If I need them again I used them .

Excellent job. We have a 3 car garage (two doors) and the rollers on the larger door were in need of replacement. Door made loud noise when opening or closing. Once replaced and lubricated the door was very quiet. He also adjusted the door so in closed all the way to the garage floor as there was a small area where it did not close all the way. Again, excellent job. The only cost other than the Angie's List promotion price was $2.50 for the part that was replaced. The new rollers were included in the Angie's List price.

When I called about a new garage door opener the owner gave me a list of prices and also suggested I look into getting an opener on my own sine I could probably get a better price that way. Also went over some of the differences between the openers and gave me a quote for the install. Two technicians showed up right on time and we're done in an hour.

without any help whatsoever. He was a great guy to talk with, was very professional and was upbeat and positive even when he ran into some things he hadn't seen before. The door was missing a remote and a keycode entry module. He made some calls and got us replacements before he left.

My 12 year old chain drive garage door opener (double door) stopped working -- would only raise the door halfway. I called Metro Overhead. Terry the owner came out same day. Showed me the reasons why the opener failed. Offered to install some repair parts to solve the problem and also gave me pricing on new openers. I opted to have a new belt drive LiftMaster with battery backup installed. Terry sent Neil over at 08:00 next morning to perform the work. By 10:30 Neil had removed the old opener and rail, installed the new opener and rail, installed the new keypad, synched the car remotes to the opener, installed the reversing devices, lubricated the door, and tested all operations. The new opener with belt drive is whisper quiet compared to the former noisy chain drive opener. Both Terry and Neil were fun to work with, answered all questions, etc.

Very well. The garage door is much quieter, and runs very smoothly now. Had problem with the outside push-button controller. I thought it might need to be replaced, but Tom said all it needed was a new 9-volt battery. And he was right! Very honest and helpful. About 2 hours before appointment time, Tom called and said they would be 1 to 2 hrs late because of the extreme cold and snow.

Terry himself came within 45 minutes of my call and fixed it. He was very professional and reassuring that it was an easy fix. He did a great job and I will recommend him to others.

We had been having problems with the garage door when the weather had gotten colder. Metro Overhead came out the adjusted the door, replaced all the rollers and oiled the tracks. The tech was very helpful and showed us how to adjust the lift and set the door limits ourselves. He did a great job of fixing the doors and we were very happy with the service.

Our garage door would not close properly so after reading the reviews on Angie's, we called Metro. They answered the phone at 7:00 AM and were here before 8:00 AM on the same day. Neil adjusted the travel and down force of the door and now it goes up and down perfectly.

Technician arrived on time and performed all the services advertised for the $89 special. The tension spring was making a loud noise due to it rubbing against the roller guide bar. Technician relocated the tension spring and reattached the rubber door seal. All for the same price. Metro Overhead definitely earned our future business.

Everything is working like brand new, since the work was completed. Unbelievable how quite the doors are now. Great job!

They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, they cleaned up very nicely, and even were super sweet and fixed my electrical door pads that didn't work. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They were awesome!

Great service and work! They were very prompt and got back to us very quickly to have someone come out to look at our doors and give us an estimate with different door options. They were able to schedule us within a week, and finished the job in half a day. They took the old doors and springs out, and attached the new doors to our garage door openers. They also hauled all the old stuff away, including an old garage door opener I had sitting in the garage. I would definitely recommend them, and would us them in the future.

The coils that Metro Door had available in stock, they didn't have one that was the right size so they ended up having to come back on Monday. They were really nice. When he was able to get the part and come back, it took half an hour to fix it. He took me down there and showed me what he was going to do, did the work, came back to the front door and got me, went down to the garage, showed me his work, gave him his check and he left. He was on time. The people I talked to are really nice, really professional and prompt. Now I have their number in my phone because I don't think I've ever lived in a house long enough where the garage door broke. I was given a very quick run down about parts on a garage door and when I can expect these things to go.

.They replaced the rollers and general check-up of both garage doors. We will use them again.

Technician was very knowable and professional and explained what was necessary and what he would do before he did it.
