The technician arrived on time and replaced the old garage door bearings. He also checked to make sure the door was aligned correctly and that the chain drive was functioning as it should. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He also made some suggestions on how I could make the garage door opener more quiet. Newer model different types of openers etc. It was well worth the 89.00 I paid.

He was timely, knowledgeable and fast. I was pleased.

They did a garage door tune up and greased both doors at no additional charge. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great, very professional and personable

They were very prompt and polite. I had a lot of rust eating away at the bottom of my garage door. So, I had them replace the weather strip and the metal bracket that it was attached to at the bottom. One cable was rusted and they replaced it. The brackets that the cables were attached to were also rusted badly and they replaced them also. Metro was excellent in replacing only parts that needed to be replaced. Terry, the owner, gave me an estimate that was right on. I trust their expertise.

The gentleman from Metro arrived exactly on time, replaced the rollers with ball bearing rollers and also adjusted the springs and oiled the chain on the door opener. Our door works better now than when it was installed. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use Metro again in the future. Thank you!!

Tom was very professional and honest. He quickly completed the tune-up (replace rollers & lubricate some parts). He also inspected the door components. I knew my left and right garage door seals were bad. Unfortunately, he didn't have any of those items on his truck to accomplish the replacement. Tom also pointed out that our garage door was very old and "cheaply built" which wasn't a surprise to me. It's probably been on the house since it was built in 2004. Besides the rollers needing replaced and the seals, everything else is in good working order. We'll be looking to replace our garage door with an insulated one in the near future and we plan to work with the Metro Overhead team.

Took about four hours to remove old garage door, track, sensors, and garage door opener and replaced with all new. The two installers were very professional in their interactions with me and they cleaned up everything. Door fit very well and I am pleased with its look and performance so far. Installed door was an AMARR Olympus 3000 16' x 7' @ $1,230. It was originally supposed to be a Heritage 3000 @ $1,100 but it turned out not to be available in the color we had selected. Installed door opener was a Liftmaster belt drive 1/2 HP with two remotes and keypad in garage @$350. I am not pleased in how they left the outside where they replaced the top and side weather seals. It appears they didn't cut the paint seal on the old seals before they removed them pulling a lot of paint away and looking very unprofessional. That is being taken care of by a handyman friend of mine. That was the only unprofessional thing I found which is why I lowered the overall score to a B.

I can't say enough good things about this company and its owner, Terry. He came out within a day of my call and went over all my options, giving me estimates on the spot for several different doors and frills like windows. He even fixed my garage door opener (chain was loose) while he was there, without charging me anything for it. I emailed him with my choice _ insulated doors with simulated wood grain, long panels and windows. Because it was a specialty door, they had to be ordered. He promised they would be in within 2 weeks, and they were _ on the dot. He came out the next day to install. They aren't just gorgeous, they're quiet while operating. And Terry is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. I've already recommended him to everyone in my neighborhood who has asked about the new doors.

We paid in advance for a garage door tune-up ($89). Our garage door had been making a lot of noise lately, and I had been thinking about having someone look at it when the tune-up offer showed up on Angie's List. The timing couldn't have been better! The technician (sorry, can't remember his name) was prompt and very efficient/professional. He replaced worn our parts and discovered that one of our springs were broken which could have caused a lot of problems (we were kind of surprised we hadn't had more difficulty already!). So, the additional costs (about $120) was to replace the springs and a cable end. The price was very reasonable and our door has not worked better! Would definitely call them again in the future.

The technician, Tom, came out ahead of schedule after calling and asking then performed the check and did a couple of things I needed that weren't included and did a great job, explained everything and was professional and polite. He was great....the service was great and the business has been a great addition to my business contacts.

Excellent service from phone inquiry, to on-site quote, to installation and follow-up call. Great quality product as well. Only reason that price didn't score an "A" is that we were led to believe that the "on-line" capabilities of managing the garage door were included in what we were purchasing. That, in fact, requires a separate purchase. However, we will do business with this company again.
