Description of Work: My garage door would not open. I called in the morning and they came the same afternoon and repaired my garage door. Very happy with the work they did and their responsiveness. Will call them again when I need to.

Description of Work: Went well, very smooth and speedy. We dont use our garage everyday, so door gets less use than some. We have 14 rollers instead of 10, so we had to pay for the extra rollers, but was so little, not worth worrying about.

Description of Work: Checked garage doors, identified potential problems and fixed them after explaining the issues and getting approval to proceed. Our doors were 40 years old and had a few minor repairs. I was happy to have an expert restore them to like new performance. The price for the extras was less than I expected.

Description of Work: I took them up on the routine maintenance package. They were very professional and easy to work with. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Seemed to know his stuff. Had to give an N/A on quality, because despite the fact that they replaced and oiled a bunch of parts, moved a part where it needed to be, I month later the garage door didn't go up again. Now, servicemen are not magic and I might need a new garage door or opener, etc. I played with the door a little more and its working again. Seems to be the way this door works.

Description of Work: replaced my rollers and greased everything. He found a bend in the track and fixed it without an extra charge. He is a good guy..we will be calling him to install an upgraded garage door next year.

It was great to have new rollers installed, but even better to hear that though my garage is many decades old, it's in great shape and built to last. No upsell, no pressure, quick job done right. I'll definitely call them again when I'm in need of garage service/purchase/repair.

Description of Work: Metro Overhead did a great job servicing the garage doors at my house and at my mother-in-law's house. They both work much better now. I would absolutely use Metro Overhead again. I give them my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: The service rep, checked our two garage doors and made adjustment. Then in checking everything on the doors found some things that needed to be fixed. So there was a second appointment and the service rep fixed any problems and everything is working smoothly. Now that I know who to call for any future garage door/system problems...

Description of Work: replaced all of the rollers with nice quality rollers having ball bearings; adjusted the opener and chain, and adjusted so that the door stopped at the proper places at both ends going up and down.

Description of Work: Fixed one garage door opener, greased the coils and adjusted the light on the other garage. The open Tom fixed is very old and I thought I would have to replace it but so far so good. Tom was very professional as well as knowledgeable to which I really appreciated that. I will definitely spread the word.
