Description of Work: Said they fixed as much as they could. Door still goes up when it gets to the bottom still the same as it was before they came. They told us we would need additional work if this didn't take care of the problem.

Description of Work: Repaired a big coil on my main garage door. It is now so quiet. It makes me think that it was not installed properly from a previous vendor. The owner came out to do the work because the rest of his staff was busy. He was awesome.

Description of Work: ended up getting a new garage door from them as mine was over 40 years old. I had to wait 2 weeks for order to come in and then it didn't, with lame excuse and I'm the one who had to call them to find it out. Finally came to install and had a wrong section for the door and they had to order it. Oh yes, chose a color and I had to call them another 2 weeks where they told me I couldn't get it in that color and it would take 2 more weeks. All together it took ,what should have been 2 weeks, to over 2 months. The employee who installed the door was excellent and professional.

Response from Metro Overhead
This was an unfavorable experience for our customer and we hope the delays that we had with this garage door order do not reflect on our goal to provide a quality product in a timely manner. The garage door was special order, 2-3 weeks, and when it arrived it was missing a section. Two weeks later when the missing section arrived, the window had been installed in the wrong side of the section. Thus, two more weeks waiting for the proper section to arrive. We have passed our customers feedback on to the garage door manufacturer.

Description of Work: Install of new steel, insulated (R-13) garage double door, rails and premium opener. Very quiet now when opening door and no more chains or belts to contend with. Took 5 hrs to complete the job-within the time estimate they gave.

Description of Work: Two technicians arrived at the appointed time. They did call to confirm prior to arrival. They replaced all the rollers on both doors and did some basic maintenance. The following day I noticed that one of the doors was not coming down evenly. I called and spoke to Terry. The technician arrived same day to address the issue. All is good. Description of Work: Door was not opening and off the track. Service tech did a check-up and determined all that was needed was a few adjustments. He did a service check on both doors. Very prompt and professional service. Came out the same day I called.

Description of Work: Metro Overhead door came out to do a "tune up" on one garage door that I was having problems with. Turns out that it needed a whole new motor which the tech put on right away. I was very pleased and will be ordering new garage doors installed by them very shortly!
