It was fine and they did everything for the deal. I did not any issues and they did great work. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The guy was real friendly and explained certain aspects and how everything worked. He explained why and what was doing and gave me some tips.

Metro Overhead was terrific. They arrived the same day (even though it was not an emergency). Terry at the office was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Tom arrived within two hours. He diagnosed the issue, implemented a cost effective solution, serviced the doors and openers. He was also able to educate me on what to do to maintain my doors and openers. He told me what to watch out for to know when I would need to replace doors and openers (they are both 11 years old). All in all, a great job at a great price. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

They came out to do an inspection. They were right on time and very professional – they didn’t try to upsell me.

Replaced inside door garage switch. Lubricated all hinged and joints of the garage door. Checked electric eye causing flashing of unit. Will come back at no charge if it begins flashing again. Wonderful service, explained everything and quality work. Recommended his services to another friend.

A was able to make an appointment for a garage door tune-up with this company thru Angies List. Within minutes, it was set up and paid for. The day they were supposed to arrive, they were not there within 30 minutes of the scheduled time so I called.They told me they were a bit behind but a guy was on his way. Within 15 minutes, a guy arrived and promptly started the tune-up. Once he was finished, he explained everything he did and left a sticker by out garage door button. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to others.

This company did garage door maintenance and new rollers for 2 doors. They were very professional and courteous.

Very well. They did a very good job. They were fast to respond and very helpful. They did not try to do an extreme sale right away, which really nice. They went ahead and did what they were asked to do which was update the wheels and take care of it. Then they also gave us their information so when we want to get better garage door but they were not high pressure so that was really good.

I found this company on Angie's List and called them around noon today to fix my garage door. One of the springs had fallen off and the cables seemed to be stripped. I spoke with Terry who said he could have someone out today (on a Saturday). Needless to say, it's 2 pm and the guy has already completed his work and left. What a great company to work with. I even got a key pad installed in that timeframe because they said they could do that for me too. Great job. I will definitely call again if I have anymore problems.

Have never written a review here before, but felt I needed to in this case. I called Metro this morning at 9:22 and talked to Terry, the owner. He explained the various types of openers available and the cost/benefits of each. I decided on the middle priced LiftMaster. The service technician (Tom) was here at 10:00 and finished installing my new garage door opener at 11:30.He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He also explained where I need to lubricate the bearings and what I needed to use to keep the door running smoothly on the track. I just can't say enough good things about this company. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Metro Overhead door at 4:30PM on Tuesday and spoke with the owner. The door spring on my double garage door had just broke. He asked me what time I would like to have a service the following morning. The service man was at my home 5 minutes early this morning. He looked over my door, which was installed 8 years ago when the house was built. He discussed a few options and had knowledge of all aspects of door openers and hardware/systems. He replaced the spring, and also was asked to replace a receiver sensor on another garage door. He then replaced all of the other 3 sensors electrical couplings with a much better connector. The service man was very polite, knowledgeable and willing to discuss options for this basic service call. Would highly recommend Metro Overhead door!

Showed up right on time.Did the job quickly and cleanly. Pointed out a couple of things that weren't covered on the deal that should be taken care of. Was quite reasonably priced for the extras that I had him do, and didn't argue about the ones that I didn't have him do at this time. Will definitely use again when the time comes.

Was very happy with service. They were responsive and on-time. I have a very old garage and he made a few adjustments free of charge to improve the performance. New rollers were also installed. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

Tom came out and checked the 3 doors and one had new rollers on it so decided to put the new rollers on the middle garage door. It had been 2 years since I had the doors checked and I thought the one door was making a noise is why I decided to do this deal. It was decided the pulley was wearing out is why the door was making the noise as it went up and down. The other pulleys were checked and ended up replacing 8 pulleys for $40 more than the $79 deal for new rollers included. The garage doors are still working after a couple of weeks so hopefully it will stay that way.
