In-laws was very professional, arrived on time and did great work. Would hire them again.

Garbage disposal was replaced with one already available in truck. Bathroom items were different they had on hand, so immediately went to store and bought correct ones. All work was done in about an hour and a half, which was good since they had to go to store for parts.

Everything was handled well; I plan to have them come back in the fall to replace outside faucets and the kitchen disposal.

Great- they worked efficiently and fixed our faucet.

They were able to come the day after I called. They arrived on time. Rick was very professional. He found additional problems (valve was ready to blow due to age and there wss a hairline crack and leak in the drain pipe) and was able to do the additional work quickly and at a reasonable charge. I'm disabled and he moved the old washer out of my house for me.

The technician was very helpful amd professional. He looked at each of the problem areas and gave us advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

Exceptional service and extremely competent, friendly and professional staff. I had a coupon for 2 hrs at a set rate. I gave them my prioritized list and they divided and conquered; finished the four issues and then two more minor things. They even found a couple of issues with work I'd had done in the past and fixed them! I will definitely call them again with any future plumbing issues I have.

These guys are great! They arrived when they said they would, and not only was the tech knowledgeable and professional, he was a good dude, and I like that! Will definitely use these guys again!

My main issue was fixed in a matter of minutes. I had other odd jobs that I needed addressed in the house. He appeared a little anxious to leave and was a little awkward but a nice guy. He was not able to explain things very well to me but he knew what he was doing. I paid for 2 hours of plumbing service and received about 1 hour and 10 minutes of time. I wish I would have gotten my other issues addressed with the 50 minutes of service I had left. My main issue was addressed and hasn't been an issue since. Quality work, just disappointed I didn't get everything taken care of with the time I paid for.

I can't say enough good about In Law Plumbing and Rod. They responded to my call promptly, set an appointment to meet my schedule, and let me know when they were a few minutes delayed. We needed a couple of faucets installed, an outside faucet repaired, and a basement floor drain unclogged Rod was courteous and let me know what he was doing as he worked. As we have older plumbing, he encountered a problem but explained it thoroughly and soon had several small jobs completed. The price was very reasonable. They will be my go to for plumbing needs in the future.

It could not have gone better. They came on three different occasions to the rental unit I have, the first was to check to see why the garbage disposal was not working, the sprayer and why water was backing up into the dishwasher. The gentleman fixed the disposal right away which helped with the backup water in the dishwasher. He recommended two different name brands for the kitchen facet that have a lifetime warranty. The second time they came out was to install the kitchen faucet which took some time since the kitchen is old and there was a lot of corrosion built up. It turned out very nice with more water pressure than ever before and he cleaned up the work area. A few days after that install my tenant let me know the tub faucet drips all the time after she turns the water off. I ordered a new faucet from AMAZON and had In-Law Plumbing installed it for me. Again the old faucet was badly corroded due to the age of it and has to be sawed off but they did a nice job and the new one works great and the work area was left very clean. I know most people could have done all this themselves but my rowhouse was built in 1890 and I have learned there are some things better left to a professional. Everyone I worked with in person or over the phone was very courteous, they called before they were on there way and were on time. The cost for the first visit was $85.00 which was a special Angie's list was having and each visit after was $80.00. I will defiantly use them again

These guys are awesome! My husband tried to unplug the drain and couldn't. He suspected they would have to unplug through the main. When Rick arrived, he knew right where to go but instead of trying to unplug through the main (which would have been more money) he tried through the drain. After about 20 minutes, he successfully unplugged it! They were so good about communicating to me regarding my appointment, I'm so impressed with them.

It was about an hour from when they called me back to when the plumber arrived to do the job. He was friendly and efficient; diagnosed and completed the rebuild in an hour or less. The entire job, including parts, cost less than the hourly rate for some providers. I'm glad to have found In-Law Plumbing and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic! Came earlier then we expected. Took much less time then expected and was cheaper then we expected! No problems with either drain any longer. Super nice, professional and informative guys. Would differently recommend them!

Plumber called before arrival to confirm we were ready. Arrived early in the agreed time window. Introduced himself and confirmed my suspicions about the seal were correct. He brought all the tools needed and a shop vac to clean up after himself. He went right to work and was done and cleaned up in short order. He tested the toilet several times to verify no leaks. The only charge was for the wax seal kit which was not included in the prearranged service fee. Very happy with the plumber who did the work. Would call In-Law Plumbing again.

Arrived on time. Did a decent job with install and toilet leak. Had difficulty identifying leak of kitchen sink. Used a two hour coupon and they seem to have a one use policy, so only use it if you have time-intensive work to be done

He did a great job. He found that part of the P trap was too short. He took it all apart, cut and replaced a new piece, put everything back together again. He ran water through the sink...verified it was flowing ok and confirmed no more leak Very professional!!!!

all went very, very well. scheduling was fast and easy. Bernie was on time and got the job done efficiently. we would use in-law plumbing again without hesitation.

cut small hole in garage ceiling, was able to locate what was causing leak, wasn't plumbing. cleaned up mess, very polite, will ask for Bernie again. called before arrival. was on time. very polite.

Bernie was right on time, even had the shoe covers for his shoes, not all providers have those. He asked what the problem was and went right to work. While he was working he answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on works best and said what tools work well for toilets. I have had In-law Plumbing out to my house before and I will continue to use them, one I like that they are family owned and I have met all three of the guys and all of them are experienced, helpful and friendly. This is a great company and I will tell my friends and family that these are the guys you want to use if you have a plumbing problem.
