The servicemen arrived on time; accessed the problem; cut out toilet sweep for master half-bathroom while coordinating delivery of needed 3" pvc pipe/fittings for replacing the toilet sweep out, replaced closet flange, installed toilet; checked for leaks and proper function of new toilet; sealed a water leak where new pvc toilet sweep was coupled the old sweep stub, and cleaned up the work area. Quality parts where used and quality workmanship resulted in a professional work product. All work was completed at a reasonable cost and within the estimated 1-hour job estimate.

I love the fact that when I call, a knowledgeable person answers & helps me. I also appreciate that they’re available within a reasonable amount of time! Rick was on time & clean. He checked out basement for the softener, took pictures & wrote out bid. I’m thinking about the bid. I will definitely use these guys again for plumbing help.

Everything went very well. This is the second time I hired In-Law Plumbing through Angie's LIst because they did an excellent job the first time too!

Highly recommend In-Law plumbing. Our sump pump stopped working. My phone call to Scott was returned immediately. An appointment was set up at a time convenient for me. They arrived on time. The cost was reasonable. Shawn and Cory replaced my sump pump. They were wonderful! I like to observe and ask questions. They were very courteous, even though I was clearly in the way. They set up my pump monitor and installed a new check valve. Would definitely use them again.

Scott the drain tech was outstanding! He got my kitchen sink and toilet working again in a timely fashion. He also answered many plumbing questions for me about my house in general. Will call In-Law Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

I called this company because I have seen their good reviews and because several of my neighbors use them. I have the same drain problem every few years because, well, we overuse the garbage disposal and it backs up into the basement. That was the main problem, but I had a slow drain in the bathroom that I wanted snaked as well. Rick was our Tech. He arrived within the specified time frame. He worked efficiently and didn't leave a mess behind. Based on past experience, I was expecting the bill to be MUCH higher. While nobody WANTS to have plumbing issues, I know that I will definitely use this company again!

Replaced the valve as well as parts inside toilet so no more running water.

He came and quickly diagnosed my issue. (bolts connecting toilet base and tank were loose and one was missing. He replaced them and now we are bsack in business.

Plumber came to the house, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and fair price. Will definitely hire again. Thanks In Law Plumbing.

I do not remember the gentleman's name but with that said, his professionalism, taking time to educate me and an overall personable presentation was outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

The gentleman came to my house within the time frame as given to me. I was quoted the hourly price up front. He replaced my garbage disposal and lead pipe to the P trap. He made adjustments to all the pipes and tested everything. He cleaned everything up and gave it all a final test. All within the magic hour. Great work sir!!!!

Great!!! Will call again if I need services. Angie's special was $89. (I believe) For one hour service but didn't take that long. Parts were approx...$40. Should have done review right away...not sure on date but in Sept. 2017

Sorry, to In-Law—-I thought I left a review but didn’t end up on here. In-Law was super quick, prompt, polite and got the job done easily. Sorry I don’t remember exact price but was reasonable as were charges for parts needed.

This was a very difficult job, with copper connections which had been installed in such a way as to make repairs quite difficult. Attitude and perseverance paid off, and the drip finally stopped, providing us a functional tub once more.

The same guy came over every time - its a very small company (a very good thing). He was always prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and in every way professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. After a bad toilet clog, I asked about the auger he was using to clear it. He not only showed me, but told me where to find one at his local plumbing supply house. When I said I would definitely get one - to avoid any more $70+ plumber calls, he (entirely on his own initiative - I didn't ask) called them, checked their inventory for the specific model and asked them to hold one for me until I could pick it up! A $60ish investment in an auger has saved me three or four plumber calls since. That's is kinda like Macys' Santa in "Miracle on 34th Street" saying "They have it down the street at Gimbal's"! I wish I had found this company decades sooner.

Scheduling was no problem. Arrived on time both times. Very nice and personable. Reasonably priced.

The serviceman was right on time as the work to remove the old counters was going to start that morning. He was also prompt when it came to reinstalling the kitchen faucet. It's nice to have a reliable plumber.

In-Law fit us in right away, diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of in less than an hour. Friendly, capable, and affordable. Will definitely hire again.

The response was fast and the service was fast! The gentleman who came was very prompt, helpful, and thorough with the repairs. He discovered the leak, repaired it and then found another leak and repaired it. He cleaned the area and explained each thing he did. He was quick, polite, and great to work with! The cost was very reasonable and less than another service's telephone estimate. Highly recommend!
