Bernie was great! He came out within the hour of our calling on a Saturday morning. Bernie was professional, efficient and friendly. The repair was made quickly and for a reasonable price. We will definitely call again!

I haven't had a contractor this nice, this professional and this able to speak to a client in a friendly manner in years. I'm am very impressed with every aspect of this visit. Our daughter stuffed TP lots of TP down the toilet and we were down one bathroom. He cleared it quickly and with no mess. I asked him to look at our slow draining washer and a pipe needs replaced. He gave me a reasonable quote for that. He didn't have time to do it today as he had another appointment. Which I respect as he was ahead of time for me. I will use them again when needed. Great company.

Great job! They were able to come out the next day right when we needed help and checked everything completely before leaving. I was really pleased that they were so accommodating to our schedule and with our floor contractor.

He was punctual, very professional, courteous, and after work was complete, he explained everything he did. He was able to complete the job in under 30 min.

I called Bernie today because of a leaking floor basement. Bernie was able to quickly determine that my problem was not a blocked drain so I didn't need his plumbing expertise. What impressed me was he made further recommendations as to what kind of services that I required to get the job done properly. I will now use his services for any plumbing problems in the future. Honest service providers rank high on my list.

It was great. The only reason I gave a B for price is plumbing is expensive, but they're no more expensive than others. They were responsive to phone calls and responded to a text saying I needed to cancel right away. I'd recommend. We Will have them return when needed.

I do not have the expertise to judge the quality of the work performed. I assume it will prove to be as good as the service. The job was straightforward, garage access to the hot water heater. The installation took about 2 hours. I believe he was quick and efficient. He cleaned up after the job. I met the installer at the big box store where I purchased the water heater. He seemed honest and straight forward and was registered as a service provider with the store. This price was 25% less than the estimates quoted to me by the incorporated plumbing firms with ornately painted trucks and large advertising budgets.

All in all, best plumbers around in my opinion. Had one major problem and 2 minor ones that they fixed while here because they were so quick with the chief reason they had time to take care of the other minor ones. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, further explained what they were doing at the time and concluded with follow-up explanation for the completed job and outlined what we needed to do on our end to maintain and service the issues they resolved. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and prices. Major job: I called because of a problem with water in our basement. They arrived promptly as promised and immediately started their work. They accurately diagnosed the problem due to an external hose (bib) that was leaking. The water leaked passively when off and actively when the hose was turned on evidenced by water accumulation in our foundation walls and basement. They had to work with a difficult situation where there was no access to the hose bib from the outside or inside of the house due to previous owner not planning ahead for access when he built the addition (poor planning). They ended up cutting out an access panel in basement ceiling. Cut and capped old pipes. Replaced and relocated new pipe/hose/bib in better location (to minimize future problems with freezing and access). They (Bernie and Scott) worked in tandem (one on the outside, the other on the inside) and made quick work of what appeared to be a major problem. Had to cut into siding, insulation and floor joists just to get access to problem hose/bib. When complete, they not only restored but made improvements to existing pipes/walls. Minor job 1: replaced toilet tank parts. What would have taken me at least an hour, Scott did in less than 10 minutes with no delays or issues whatsoever. Minor job 2: slow draining sink - Bernie snaked the drain without being prompted and was in and out in short order. Post-work: they cleaned up and left the work areas in better condition than when they arrived. Needless to say, that was the cherry on top of highly skilled and professional work completed.

I put a call into to In-Law plumbing at 2:00 June 24, 2014. They did want me to wait around if they were unable to come later the same day. So they would call me within 30 minutes to tell me of their availability. At 2:30 they said they could be at my home between 5:00 and 5:30. They arrived on time assessed the problem fixed the issue on the spot. They were professional, punctual and very easy to talk with. They got everything taken care of to our satisfaction.

I had relatives staying with us when a pipe in my basement sprung a leak. I called In-Law Plumbing at 9:00 pm and set up an appointment for early the next day. They told me what they were going to do to make the repair, showed up when they were supposed to, did the work quickly, and cleaned up everything. The were even careful not to disturb many ceiling tiles in the basement when making the repair. The leaky pipe was in a finished basement.

The guys showed up on time and were very thorough and left the area they worked in cleaner than when they got there. Both of the guys were absolutely wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions, and even followed up with me a few days later. I would recommend In-Law to anyone and will definately use them again in the future.

Scott came out to our house the same day we called him. He was very courteous and professional and very responsive to our questions. He was able to unclog our kitchen drain rather quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for drain services.

They are great! Have already recommended them and they are now our go-to guys. They bailed us out by working us in when the kitchen sink leaked the day before a major family event at our home.

The original plans were to replace a galvanized (basement) pipe portion with copper from the hot water heater to where the pipe entered a firewall. The hot water flow in the 2nd story bathroom tub was very low. In-Law's Bernie & Scott suggested starting at the tub faucet to confirm the problem was (or wasn't) there. They located a substantial blockage doubling the flow. Money & time were saved because of their suggestion to start at the tub faucet. This is at least the 3rd time Bernie has helped me out of a plumbing problem. This is my 1st review of In-Law Plumbing though. It's nice to know I have a plumber I can depend on.

We had a toilet with a persistent drainage problem. It would continuously refill the holding tank because of what we thought was a leak. Bernie came over and promptly diagnosed the problem. Without having to do anything more than cutting a piece of tubing, he was able to fix our problem and explained in layman's terms what was going on. Highly recommend and would be our first choice for any future plumbing or drainage problems.
