We don't show that we ever had an appointment scheduled to meet with you. We utilize a computerized system to track all appointments and, while we do have your name in our system, we do not have any appointments scheduled in the past or future - no estimates done, no work scheduled, nothing. If you had something on your calendar, I apologize. A phone call to our office would have resolved (or will resolve) the issue. We are on time for more than 300 appointments every month.

Description of Work: We did not use the services of this company the estimate was totally outrageous.. The estimate included repairs that would have cost almost 200.00 and the person we did use made the repair with a screwdriver and a simple adjustment...no cost! We found the estimate to be unreasonable.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to ensure that we are price-competitive. Obviously, we can't compete with "free" and stay in business for long. Incidentally, we bid a total of fifteen items but I don't see any on the bid that were $200.00. Can you clarify which item was completed for free? Thank you.

They were on time and very professional. They were almost spot on with their time estimate, their bid price was the actual price. There were no surprises when it can time to settle. They were about to install the door opening to the left rather than the right, like the previous door. Once I pointed it out, they apologized for their oversight and quickly corrected the issue. The screen doors locking mechanism does no seem to be installed correctly, I did no notice until after they left. I will probably have them come back to correct. They cleaned up their mess for the most part but overlooked some things here and there that I had to clean up. I ordered a door that was about an inch and a quarter too small, I thought they should of noticed since they measured before picking up the door I ordered. They did install insulation and a new border to cover up the gap. Overall I think they did a good job and plan on hiring them back again in the near future. They are not cheap, but all of their guys seemed very professional and well spoken.
Description of Work: Had them come out and replace my sliding glass door, along with replacing some of the sub floor that was damaged by water.
