They do excellent work for projects big and small. They are very timely and cost effective.

Terry was terrific! He was on time, professional and fixed the door. he worked on the door knob and fixed the mechanism. Door works great now.

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our home to provide quotes on the various jobs. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. As promised, a proposal was emailed to us the following day. The quotes were reasonable but decided not to do the floor project and went with our regular contractor to do the other two jobs.

The technician was timely and very helpful. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after. Great service, will likely use again for smaller projects/items I don't have time for.

Quality of work was very good and they were very willing to do any rework requested. The project took longer than they thought and due to the way they schedule it led to some breaks in their work (a few days off here and there). That said, they were great to work with and we're very pleased with the final work. I would definitely use them again.

It was a bad experience due to the fact we thought this would be a fair and honest job.

I live outside of Omaha and my elderly mother needed her storm door replaced. I arranged everything with Handyman Joes and they did a phenomenal job. The door it is very sturdy and high quality and was installed well. The technician was great. Professional and cleaned up after he was done. We'll use Handyman Joes for future jobs around the house. I highly recommend.

The response by Handyman Joe's only reinforces my review. You do not even have the right tasks written down. He did not fix the bathroom sink because he said the chance of cracking the granite was too great. I asked to just seal it/glue it. No to that too. He did not fix the bathroom pull on the drawer (not a doorknob). He did NOT even pull out the anchors in the wall. And the laundry shelves - why do I want more holes for him doing it wrong and having to start all over again? Why call to have another person come out to fix what he didn't or couldn't do? After 2 tries with your company, never again. And I make sure never for any of my friends.

They were very quick and responsive. Had a guy come out to do an estimate and gave us a quote fairly quikcly. We had 4 different vendors to look at our fireplace and they all recommended taking off the siding and re-insulating the firebox on the exterior wall to eliminate the draft problem. They told me that they would know more once they had a look at the insulation and took a look at the back of the fireplace. So I agreed to to let Handyman Joes complete the work. The staff was very friend and professional.

Overall went well. We had trouble finding someone to come out and do work on our home - no contractors would call us back! Handyman Joe's has an office manager, so they were always very responsive which we greatly appreciated. I feel like you pay a bit of a premium for this service, but still not bad. Garrett came out and worked on our home. When he wasn't quite sure how to do one part of the project he called another technician for advice, which I thought was very professional of him, instead of just making something up. He did a great job on the drywall and siding replacement in our garage as well. The inspector came out and approved all the work he did as well. Overall we were very happy with the work Handyman Joe's did and would use them again. I especially appreciated that each person I talked to during this course of this project were all extremely friendly and responsive!

I decided to go with someone else to do the deck and it was almost 1/2 as much. My deck looks awesome.

They were very professional and on time things went very well.

They came out right away, the next day or two, they were very fast. I think, altogether it was around $1800 or $1700. I didn't go with them because I decided to split the jobs up and I got a groupon for a handyman to just do the small things and then I got a carpenter to do the deck. I felt good about their service when they came out to evaluate.

Their estimate would have been lower than the two other companies I had give me estimates, but since they mailed me the estimate I did not go with them. I feel that they could have been quicker by using better technology. They sent someone out the next day to give me a quote, so that was pretty good.

They had to take the door completely out and take it to their shop, they were back within 4-5 hours. I was very happy with the work done.

They told me the repair would last 5-10 years, but the repair only lasted 72 hours. They did offer to come out to repair the crack again, but I didn't give them the opportunity to do so. Their product just didn't meet my needs and the items that were discussed.

The job was estimated for 4 days, but ended up needing a 5th because of the local humidity that week. The Handyman was very friendly and personable. He told me what he was going to do each day, timeframes for morning work, lunch break and afternoon work. Demo took place on the first day after our Handyman laid drop clothes and carpet protectors for easy clean up, taking out tile, drywall, etc. In the afternoon he installed the durock walls. He took the trash from the old tile and drywall to be disposed of. The second day he installed the tile and mosaic tile. There was alot of in and out because he had to cut each of the bottom row tile pieces to fit and be level. This laid the foundation for a level tile wall. The third day he came in the afternoon to install the back splash mosaic tile. The fourth day he came back and fixed some loose tiles and said that it wasn't dry enough to grout, probably due to the humidity. I brought in an extra large oscillating fan (he had supplied a smaller one). We planned for him to come on the weekend to grout and clean up. Grout work was done and a couple of hours of clean up. He did explain that grout is dusty and may take weeks before we're not seeing grout dust on the tile work. He cleaned everything the best he could though. He also explained when I could start using the shower, and how long we needed to wait before using the towel bar and soap dish, as well as waiting to clean the tile and how to care for it afterwards. He also gave me some recommendations for our walls before we paint since we removed wallpaper ourselves. This was my first experience hiring a person to do a make over job like this. I'm very pleased with the results. I can't wait to paint and get this bathroom looking exactly the way I want.

The Handyman came out to give an estimate on our front porch posts which were deteriorating at the base. He also gave me an impromptu estimate for our main bathroom to have the tile replaced. In his estimate, he saved us money by suggesting that we only replace the post and not the and quot;wingsand quot; on each side of the post. He came out early and removed the old posts, cut and installed new posts, secured them to the wings. He also caulked filling in some splits in the post and sealing the wings to the posts, and sealing the base of each post. He took a paint chip off of the old post to match the paint for the next days job and removed all trash. The next day our Handyman returned to paint the posts and wings. The paint matched perfectly. I got to keep the rest of the paint for future touch ups. He did said it would only need one good coat, however, I will be painting the posts again now that it's a month later to truly make sure that they are sealed up before winter. I was very happy with the first time hiring Handyman Joe's that we went ahead and hired them again to work in our Main Bathroom to replace the tile.

The overall experience was tolerable (who likes people in and out of their house everyday for over 6 weeks) thanks to the companies Project Managers (PMs)(Clint and Zach). My wife and I had many questions and concerns throughout the whole process that they took the time to answer. Some road bumps were experienced; Mark (owner) his PMs promptly handled it. Final outcome is Outstanding.
