What a great company! They were here on time, brought all of their own equipment and all were professional in every way. The owner was present and worked with his crew. The owner found a bad gutter bracket and repaired it at no additional charge. I asked about holes in the trim where a squirrel might get in and two holes were found. The holes were then repaired, again at no additional cost. Grandview will definitely have my business the next time I need my gutters cleaned. The owner, Michael Noden, also gave me some excellent advice on ways to improve my gutters and drainage. He was not trying to sell me anything; he was just offering free DIY advice. Excellent service!

Michael at Grandview was super to work with. I had several scheduling conflicts and he was so accommodating. We finally found a date that worked for both of us. There was a large storm predicted for the day after my window cleaning was scheduled. Michael called the day before to see if I wanted to reschedule. Of course, we did reschedule. I thought it was very professional as well as thoughtful for him to do this. Michael and his brother did the work. They were fast, thorough, and friendly. They were well equipped and did a super job. I would definitely recommend Grandview for window cleaning.

The cleaning was excellent.

I bought the "Big Deal" last fall, but got sidetracked and didn't use it before the expiration date. I called in the late spring and asked if they would honor the paid value, and I would pay the difference. I thought at the time that this was the agreement, but they ended up not charging me the difference! There was some kind of mixup about the originally scheduled date. That afternoon, we had a big thunderstorm. I wasn't surprised that they didn't come that day, but something went wrong in the record-keeping and they thought it was done, didn't contact me to reschedule. When I called and talked to the owner, he was gracious, said he's personally come out and check, and scheduled a crew to come out the next Monday. They were here as scheduled, did a great job, and cleaned up the debris. I've used another company several times before, and they leave the debris on the ground, so it was a pleasant surprise to have the driveway, deck, and yard look nice without having to clean them! So overall, great service. A bit of a SNAFU with the original date, but Grandview corrected the situation quickly and professionally.

Mike and his team were more than excellent. They did their job in a professional and friendly manner. The results were excellent for both the gutter and window cleaning.

Once again, great job by Mike (the owner) and his team. We had some silicone caulk stuck on our back porch from some winter stair treads we had put down. When we pulled those treads up, this gunky caulk remained and we could not get it off. Mike's team came out and quickly were able to remove the caulk with their pressure washing. They then proceeded to the front porch. During the pressure washing, a bolt broke on their cement washing tool. I would have been fine if they had to reschedule. But both Mike and his worker manually used the cement cleaning metal brush and then pressure washed. Our porch has never looked better. Mike did an excellent job at the scheduled time, with great follow-through. Absolutely would and plan to use Grandview's services again.

This experience was one of the best that I have had with a contractor in a long time. I called Mike Noden and he scheduled an appointment for me within ten days. Mike's team came out at the scheduled time and date. The team did a very thorough job of cleaning all of our gutters and also tested them to make sure they did drain where they were supposed to drain. Mike (the owner) came out to my home to meet and talk with me and to make sure the work was being done as I expected. During the cleaning, Mike noticed that many of our gutter joints were leaking. Mike told me about this and said that I needed to get the gutter joints re-caulked. I knew some of the joints were leaking, but not most of them. As they tested the gutters, water was dripping from the joints. That advice saved us from water problems in the future. I have since found someone who will take care of the gutter joints. If it had not been for Mike and his team, we would have never known how bad the gutter joints were. We had our gutters cleaned about 18 months ago by another company (NOT Grandview). Not only did they not test the gutters, but they did not inform us of the leaking joints. The other company's cost was double what Grandview cost us. This was such a great service experience, that we have since hired Mike to do pressure washing for us on our front porch, and have an estimate to do window cleaning for our entire home (inside and out), including doors, next spring. If you want quality work done for a reasonable price, I would HIGHLY recommend Mike Noden and Grandview Window and Gutter Cleaning.

Wow! I got two estimates for this project. Grandview's estimate was 60% less and highly recommended on Angie's List. Owner, Michael Noden, was very responsive. I took photos and sent them to Mike via text messaging. He promptly gave me an estimate! Very professional and careful with our landscaping. We will call them again!

The service was good. The deal was for exterior cleaning only so I paid additional to have them clean from the inside as well as additional windows.

Grandview did a good job cleaning out our gutters last month, so we decided to have them wash our windows. He is very busy so the appointment was set for about six weeks later. They arrived promptly and set right to work. I do have to say that our windows were very dirty. Window washing is very expensive, so I put it off longer than I should have. We have a LOT of windows (the entire back of our house is windows). It took three (or maybe four) men all day to complete the job. They did a fantastic job. My windows look like new! They really sparkle. After they left, I went into my bedroom and was disappointed to see that the sliding screen doors were just propped up against the house. That's what I get for not checking every window before they left. Anyway, I tried to get the screens on but I gave up after 5 minutes. I called Grandview, and the owner was very apologetic, and assured me that he would come back and put them on the next day. And, surprise - he did! This is a reliable company that did what they promised. I highly recommend them.

My experience was really good. The technician was friendly and he did a great job. I have a larger house and he did everything with no problems.

A two man team cleaned the gutters on my house. We waited so long to have the gutters cleaned because our trees hold on to their leaves longer than others. When I called to ask about gutter cleaning, I inquired as to whether the temperatures played a factor in their being able to clean them. That particular day the Grandview W&G team were able to successfully get the gutters cleaned out. For the price I paid, I thought it was a great value. The men were polite and got to work right away. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Mike, the owner came to our house to see to the start of the job. Two men got to work immediately. Our gutters were full of sludge from rotted leaves, etc. so it was an arduous job. All concerned were friendly and professional. They seemed to do a very good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Thank you.

The person who answered the phone said they are too busy to accept any new appointments. He was very professional and apologetic.

Called in the morning and Mike arrived a few hours later getting straight to work. Gutters were clogged up from maple tree spinners and shingle gravel but everything was flushed out in less than 30 minutes. They even trimmed back some branches that were overhanging the roof and gutters without my even asking which was great. They cleaned everything up from the overspray and were packed up within the hour. Great crew and great job getting up into the places I don't have any business being!

They showed up same day I called. Gave me an estimate and got right to work. It was a tough job as the gutters hadn't been cleaned for at least two years. They even trimmed a tree that had grown too long and was touching the roof. I would absolutely use these guys again and recommend anyone else do also.

Everything seemed fine. The owner said if I hadn't purchased the Big Deal it would have been $79 which was a little disappointing.

First off I want to say that this happened after a big storm, and they were very busy. When I called they said they could fit me in during the afternoon of the same day, and to text them my information. I thought that was a little odd, but I was grateful for them to fit me in the same day. After not hearing anything from them by 6pm, I texted them again and was reassured that they were coming with the text, "Yes just got at another job we work to 8 sir", followed by, "Ur next" a short time later. They arrived about two hours after, at almost 8pm. We were pretty frustrated, but when they arrived they were very apologetic and explained the lateness. It didn't make up for waiting around all day for them to arrive, but it made it clear that they were only human, and they felt bad about it. They did a good job and worked quickly, and they explained what they were doing. They did leave a bit of a mess on the deck and probably other places, but perhaps this is normal with gutter cleaning - sand from the shingles has a mind of its own. Overall, the bottom line is they came out the same day and they were cheap. They were friendly enough, and I would use them again, despite the frustration in the scheduling side of things.

I called this noon about getting our gutters cleaned and spoke with the owner. He was just finishing a previous job and had an opening and arrived within 20 minutes. He first scooped out our gutters, then used a blower and then flushed our gutters and downspouts clean. He then cleaned up all the debris. Wonderful service! Very professional. Very thorough. We will definitely call him this coming autumn after the leaves fall. My husband and I are extremely pleased with his work. He has our highest recommendation.

They did a fantastic job. The windows were spotless and they even did a couple extra windows free of charge. They were very nice and very professional.
