Grandview did an absolutely wonderful job. Windows and screens were so clean and clear inside and out. Siding and trim including soffit and gutters look brand new. I am so pleased. Crew members were very courteous and friendly. Felt they went the extra mile to make things look great.

We had Grandview wash our windows each spring for about 6 years, and they did an excellent job when they came. However, getting them to come was challenging and we finally had to give up on them this year. We called in March and still hadn't had a call back in May one year, another time we had an appointment and they no-showed. This year I called when the crew didn't show up on the date the owner said they had available, and he denied we'd had an appointment and then wouldn't call or text me back to reschedule. I tried to reach him over two months before finally giving up on his company.

They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters & provided me with a video of siding damage where mice are getting in. I was not home, Mike left an invoice for price quoted, would definitely hire again. Thank you.

They came out and gave us an estimate the same day we called. We got on their schedule for the next week and they came the day they said they would. Their bill was actually cheaper than their original estimate. Best of all the next time it rained water wasn't spilling over our gutters!

After Grandview did an excellent job on cleaning my gutters I kept finding squirrels and birds eating and playing in the gutter. One morning I told a squirrel to get out and he said "Make Me"! (could have been a woman, hard to tell by the voice). That was it, I decided to call Grandview again and get gutter guards. Once again they were prompt and even cleaned the gutters again for me before putting on some fresh new aluminum guards. In the Merriam Webster Dictionary the word "Complete" means to make whole or perfect. Mike and family made sure he did extra to make the job not only complete, but absolute for me. Even with the smallest detail. When a few of his workers dropped a few nails in the yard, they went out of their way to screen the area and pick them up.. The job was so complete and professional that once again they have me Completely Satisfied. The next morning the squirrel was on the roof discouraged. Excellent! I have a 3-story house and they did a terrific job. Gutters cleaned, all leaves blown off roof, complete clean-up of all debris. Very professional. I couldn’t be happier!

After lots of research I followed up on Angies List of which I am a member and it coincided with other sites. Glad I did. Grandview Window and Gutter Cleaning gave me one of the most pleasant and personable experiences I have ever had from a business. Not only did Michael reply to my inquiry quickly, he gave me a true estimate and was on the job within a few days. He kept me posted during the job and despite a few snags and surprises sent pictures and charged the most reasonable price. With an ultimate standard of quality I would consider Mike’s business to be the epitome of what a professional service should be. Had to find out what else they do. I’ve got to give them props, I would not hesitate to call Grandview again...believe it.

The team of guys from Grandview were very professional and hard working. They went above and beyond our expectations to clean out three stories of gutters. Will be recommending them to others. We will definitely hire them again for gutter cleaning, likely several times a year.

I have a standard split level home, and service provider arrived on time, and even though we weren't home he emailed me to let me know they were on property. I think price was very fair- $100 plus tax. no trash or debris left behind. I would hire again.

When they cleaned our windows previously, they cleaned the tracks on the windows. This visit they did not clean the tracks. If the windows are opened, dirt from the tracks would be blown into my house.

Excellent. Great service and he went above and beyond his job by texting me a picture of the roof damage from a tree limb AND cut off the limb.

They did a great job. Even provided a rainstorm for testing later that night. They charged as promised, were friendly and polite, explained what they did and why. I will call them again and recommend them to neighbors.

Could not be happier with the window cleaning service provided by Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning. An estimate was provided right away and the job was completed as scheduled. The crew worked diligently and it was pleasant to have them in my home for 5 hours. Michael was both knowledgeable and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable and what a difference clean windows make! Only wish I had hired them sooner. Highly recommend!

The crew was fabulous. The job took 2.5 days. Everyone worked quietly, steadily, and efficiently. They were careful around plants (indoor and outdoor) and furnishings. It's a great relief to have clean gutters after several failed attempts to secure other providers. And clean windows make a world of difference in our outlook.

Fantastic....turns out the gutters where not as bad as I thought, in fact a plastic bag had lodged in the downspout. Since they were not as bad as I thought, Grandview charged me less. Very professional and friendly.

Very happy with the entire experience. Received an estimate right away and scheduled the appointment. They were even early and completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. We had some gutter concerns and Michael was very knowledgeable and professional, The cleaning did not take as much time as estimated so the bill came in under the estimate. How often does that happen? Would highly recommend Grandview.
