Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning LLC

Came out on a rainy day two hours earlier than promised. Washed out gutters and downspouts full of maple tree seeds and leaves blown off in recent storm. Reported a couple "rough spots" on my roof due to hailstorm, so I can schedule an inspection. They saw a man walking up the street with an empty gas can and offered him some of the gas from their gas can. Very professional and kind.

Gret to do business with. They were completely booked, but since I had a clogged downspout and it was do to rain, he made a special effort to get to my house before the rain hit. Very polite and very professional!

Michael asked if he could stop over 3 hours earlier which was fine with me. Michael and Pat cleaned the gutters, caught the debris in a mesh bag to show me what was in the gutters. They took apart and unclogged a down spout. Very safety minded and professional.

I always had streaks after cleaning my windows. Hired Grandview, they showed up on time,cleaned both sides of the windows and doors,also cleaned all screens. They did a fantastic job. Will use them next year!

Amazingly prompt service. Called them on Monday and arranged a Friday appointment. They called on Tuesday saying they were in the area and performed the work the same day! Not only did they clean all my gutters, but they cleaned up the area after themselves. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great! They arrived early and worked hard while here. They even changed some out light bulbs for us!!!!!! We enjoyed their positive attitude! Our windows have never looked better!!

I purchased a special deal off Angie's list. When the gentlemen arrived they immediately let me know my house was much larger than what the special offer was for. He agreed to complete my gutter cleaning for the $100 special offer.

The guys did a great job! They were professional, punctual and friendly. They got the job done fast and under estimate, even worked in the rain. They definitely have our recommendation and we will be using them in the future.

They did an excellent job. They are always on time and professional, and there's no mess when they are finished. He will also point out existing and/or potential problems such as clogged gutters or windows that need to be sealed or caulked.

These guys are fantastic! They came out right when they said they would, the cleaning went exactly as described, and the results were beautiful! I have my windows cleaned every year, but this year I used Grandview since I wanted my house power washed as well. They did a superior job and were able to get sap from nearby trees off of my windows and screens, which the company I had used previously told me could not be done. They were professional and thorough and explained everything they were doing as they went. It could not have been a better experience and I will continue to use them.

We couldn't be more please with Grandview Window & Gutter! Thankfully they were able to fit us in their schedule and we were very appreciative, It's their busy season. Michael & his brother were very professional, friendly as well as very educational. We had a clogged downspout and they took care of it. They also cleaned up all the gutter yuck before leaving. I am new to the Angie's list I chose Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning they had a special There was a two week waiting but it was well worth it . My appointment was for May the 30th at 9am We was oiut and about doing errands We came home around 230pm or 3pm I noticed the gutters are not cleaned. I called the company and talked to a gentleman that was very apologetic. We all do make mistakes and errors and or oversights He took care of the situation IMMEDIATELY he call me back and had someone at my house with in 10 mins I will use them again and i will refer them to friendly and family and the neighborhood . The best part they OWNED UP to their error! And I think very highly of people and or companies that own up to their errors .One of the crew members went over my gutters and what i need to do to correct them or improve them OUTSTANDING JOB . Thank you !

Purchased an advertised deal for $100 gutter cleaning. Waited a month for them to show up. When they finally got here it was an upsell and they said the job would cost another $100. They did not complete the work since I would not pay them double the advertised price after waiting a month to get around to it. I wish there was a button below "F" that just said "scam".

The owner was very quick to get in touch with me when I purchased this deal through Angie's List. We coordinated an appointment time that worked for both of us. I was quite pleased and surprised when he called me the day before our appointment to ask me if it would be OK to come a day early and that he could be at my house in 20 minutes. He arrived 20 minutes later and proceeded to quickly and thoroughly clean out and flush the gutters of my home. He then advised me that my gutters were in great shape and they should last me for years. He hauled away all of the junk that he cleaned out of the gutters and even used a leaf blower to clean around the entire perimeter of my home. A very personable man providing an excellent and professional service. I will definitely recommend Grandview Gutter and Window cleaning to friends and family.

Everything went amazingly. Michael called the day of to let me know they were running ahead of schedule to see if we wanted to move the appointment up (which was a nice surprise). He met me at the door, explained what they were going to do and then him and his crew got to work. After they were done, he told me it was not as big a job as he thought and knocked down the price of his estimate. Great guy, great company. Integrity and professionalism all the way around. Grandview will be cleaning my gutters from here on out.

In late September I had my driveway, patio and connecting sidewalks replaced and after a few weeks it was looking pretty bad. Mud was all over the driveway, workboot, animal footprints and leaf stains were all over. Using a water hose was just not getting the job done. I needed to get it powerwashed and apply a sealer before the weather got too cold. Mike showed up on time and explained what he was going to do as we walked and looked at the concrete area. Since I had prepaid for the services I left to run some errands. Upon my return, Mike seem to be having a problem. It seemed that the powerwash was leaving black marks on the concrete; nothing major but something you would not want to put sealer over. He had called friends of his that are in the concrete business and they couldn't determine the solution. Mike and I discussed the situation and he offered to stop and refund my money since it was not up to his standards. I had him continue with the pressure washing and after he was done everything looked alot better than it did before he had started. Minor staining but noting that I couldn't live with. Mike and I discussed the other services that his company provides and I told him that I would give him a call in the spring to come back and powerwash everything again. A few weeks later, I found out that my driveway, patio and connecting sidewalks were not concrete but limestone. They both look the same to me?

Michael was very polite, professional and hard working. He didn't waste time and did an amazing job on our gutters. We will certainly retain his business card and call him again once we need this again. Highly recommend Grandview for your gutter cleaning. Nice to know there are still hard working, polite professionals out there!
