The service went very good.

Three months after replacing the siding I had water damage in my basement. I called Elite to come out and take a look. A month later, a representative (Rich) came to my house, was unprofessional, and denied responsibility. He would not replace the siding or reimburse me for damages. He also called the city inspector to come to my house and search for jobs that did not have permits. I had three other siding contractors look at my siding and they all agreed the source of the water damage to be a result of improperly installed siding. Elite Exteriors stands behind poor workmanship and is more interested in not fulfilling warranty. I would advise against hiring Elite Exteriors.

Overall it went real well. They came in and gave my an estimate of what it would cost. When I ordered the windows they came out and measured every window, and told me approximately when the windows would come in and how long it would take to install the windows. When the windows came in they set a time to install them and installed they windows. In all cases they did what they said what they would do. They were professional and the windows work well.

They have the best price in town. Their service is good.

Salesman visited, examined house made recommendations and sold us replacement products. The salesman missed a couple things that I was able to repair. Fine with me. Gutters were done by sub-contractor (I don't mind subs that much) but were replaced without notice or appointment. That was not a big problem except to find people crawling around on the roof without expectation. Other items were arranged and were replaced on schedule. Workmanship no better than average, but exceptions were not poor enough to request a return. I learned that I should get more estimates. Supervisor left before completion and as far as I know never quality checked or called to ask if there were problems. Clean up was less than thorough but hindered by my landscaping. I might use again on patio door but probably not windows as they are not able to exacty match some original equipment.

They were extremely helpful, but I did not go with them. They were pretty nice and professional about what they said they can do for me. I went with another company because I had used them before and I knew the owner. Elite Exteriors came in a couple of hundred dollars under, but the other company was a known entity, so I went with them. It was nothing that Elite Exteriors had done; it was just my personal circumstances. I would certainly consider using them in the future.

this company does not understand the concept of customer service. we had a bad flood and serveral hail storms that affected our area. that aside, the only contact with the company was one sided by me other than the actual people doing the installation who were excellent. the office or support staff did not return phone calls as promised or requested. it was a long involved process taking over 5 months when the actual time of construction was less than a week. it took over 8 weeks to start the construction process when i was told 4-6 wks. after 4 days the work was done as far as the carpenters could go. i needed to replace the picture window. i called elite 3 times and never got for pricing and availabilty with no response from them. it took 2 weeks to get thia done by another company. when the window was replaced, i called elite to have them finish my home. it took over 4 weeks to respone. the only reason for the response was that i talked to the owner and he responed. they require one half of the money up front upon signing the contract which i gave them. the other half was due upon completion which i gave them exept for the portion no finished. i paid the last amount due on the completion. everyone in the field was friendly, knowledgable and professional. everyone in the office needs to be fired.after 4 months of being ignored it seems they are untrainable. i doubt if i would ever use them again even if their quote was one half of anyone's.

ELITE EXTERIORS Elite Exteriors, ordered the wrong size window, it leaked and they never came back to fix it. If they don't get the stuff put in right you can't get them to follow up. They told me to spray bleach on where it leaked.

They were very professional and asked me a lot of questions when something came up instead of just doing it. They worked during the week when we had big snow storms which was pretty impressive. They cleaned up as much as they could with the snow as well.

They arrived on the day scheduled with 3 people. Two guys removed the old windows and replaced with the new ones. The crew leader removed and replaced the front door. They took a short lunch break and finished approximately 5:30 pm. They did a great job cleaning up on completion and were very pleasant to talk with.

The estimate and sales was pressure free. The installation was done quickly and professionally.

The crew arrived a little after 8 am and they were finished by about 11 am. There were four of them total, and each set of workers started on a different side of the house. They were very quick and efficient, and did not cause any damage to anything. The finished product looks awesome, and I'm really glad that I went with this company. 7 of the 9 windows that we had installed were double hung and 2 were sliders. After everything was installed, they did a very good job of cleaning up, and they even hauled away the old windows free of charge. They have a lifetime warranty on the windows, so if we ever have a problem with some part of the window, they will fix it. We went with the windows that are eligible for the 30% tax rebate, so after the tax rebate our cost will only be $2660. Note; make sure that you save all of the stickers from your windows to be eligible for the tax rebate. From the time we ordered until they were installed, it took about 5 weeks. We were actually recommended to them by my wife's grandmother in Omaha who had Elite Exteriors do her windows about nine years ago. She still loves her windows, and that's why we decided to go with them. Overall, this was a wonderful company to do business with and I would gladly recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone.

My friend had used Elite Exteriors for her windows and was very pleased. I had them come out to give me an estimate and go over the cost. I decided to not go with the cheapest but middle of the road. They measured when they were here the first time and then sent someone out again to measure just to make sure. They told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks and that time frame was accurate. They called to set up a time to come out. There were 3 men working on installing the windows. The first day all windows were taken out and new ones put in and insulated. They were here 11 hours the first day. They came back the second day to wrap the windows and put silicone caulking around them. They also installed a new outside door. All in all, I was very pleased with their work. They were professional and hard working.

They were the lowest estimate out of 3 that we got. They did a great job!

This was a long and drawn out job due to the size of our home as well as the partial brick on the exterior of our home. The three guys were every diligent in getting the job done. They were tidy and punctual. They even showed up in the in climate weather. It took about 10 days to finish the job, but they did a great job.

Elite did an excellent job on our home. My wife and I were extremely pleased. They came out very professional and efficient. They really did the job well and quick. We have nothing but compliments for them.

Wow, what a makeover the siding was on our home. There was a huge difference in how my home looked. They did a quality job and showed true workmanship. They were skilled in their profession and boy was I happy with the work done. They were prompt with their work and did a wonderful job at picking up when they were done.

After calling around for several weeks we found a company that was both affordable and had a good reputation. The supervisor was one of the nicest men we have hired for a long time. The crew kept the work site orderly and tried to avoid coming in the house too often. They finished the job in three days, and cleaned up the yard before they left. The end result looks great.
