Rich and his crew done an excellent job installing our Windows in February 2024. They went above and beyond to make sure that windows looked great and done a great job cleaning up after themselves

The work is fantastic. We were especially thrilled with the siding crew. They do great work and they were fast! Bob was always responsive to our questions and was great at communicating. These type of companies are very busy and also have to battle the weather so we were very understanding of delays. The builder trend website was very helpful! We will be back for a new front door installation in the future.

We set appointment with the Elite Exteriors representative a week or two in advance. The the morning of the appointment, several hours prior to our scheduled time, the representative called to say he had to go to Lincoln, and he asked if we could come out to meet him earlier. As we work a half hour away, I told him we could not do so. The rep said that he would be out in our area, so he would just stop by to get measurements and would contact me early the next week to discuss. Never heard back. Unfortunately, this is mostly typical behavior for many contractors.

Original service date was missed due to scheduling error by vendor. Actual service date was over two weeks later than original agreement. Service was to include siding repair and window installation, however only siding repair was completed. Vendor crew onsite refused to complete window install and left job site without completing this work. When vendor was contacted was told that the estimator was not competent and should not have agreed to window installation at price provided. When asked for costs to complete window installation, prices presented were five (5) times original contract costs. When contacting owner, was again told estimator was not competent and should not have agreed to window installation at price provided, I agreed to release contract with refund of deposit portion for windows, which had already been paid. Owner agreed and was told some discussion with estimator necessary and could not be completed until 08/28/15, however no follow up. Contacted vendor again on 09/01/15 and told by receptionist would be contacted by 09/02/15, however again no follow through. Have filed complaint with BBB.

Our 35 year old house was in need of residing. We contacted three companies for estimates. One of the companies was Elite Exteriors. Some acquaintances had used them for siding and recommended the company. We reviewed their status on Angie's List and signed a contract for Elite to complete the work. We worked with Bob throughout the whole project. He always responded to our calls, answered our questions, and oversaw the whole project. We were pleased with the team of workers that completed the work. They were always professional, friendly, and careful. I had questions and they were willing to talk to me and explain what they were doing, When finished our yard was clean and the house looks great. It took several months from the signing of the contract till the completion of the work. It took some time to start the job because of previous job commitments and weather. Once it was started, everything went well.

I called late yesterday afternoon to see if they could help me out, Kristin was very friendly on the phone and said she would have someone call me in the morning for an estimate. I received a call around 10am (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) from a gentleman who said he would be out within a half hour to give me an estimate. He arrived and spoke with my fiancé and by 11:00 was working on the job. He was very friendly, professional and had the job done by 11:15. I am very happy with the response and the service we received. Would definitely recommend this company!! Thank you Elite !

This is a somewhat bittersweet review. I was in the market for re-siding of my house in late April. After using Angie's list I got estimates from several companies and was exceeding pleased with Elite Exteriors. I spoke with Robert and he is an honest, thorough salesperson. He showed me many aspects of siding I did not know. Very low key and low pressure. The siding they use is excellent and on the house it is virtually seamless.The price was ultra competitive, hence, I chose to go with them. We gave the deposit on May15 and was told work would proceed in about three weeks. At the beginning of June I received a call from their office saying they were dropping off the siding in my driveway and would proceed with the project within the week. After two weeks I called back to ask when the project was going to start as I had boxes of siding sitting in my driveway. I was curtly told it was going to be the following week. This woman was not at all pleasant. By July 6th, still no word, so this stuff had been in my driveway for over a month. Finally I called back and inquired when I would get this project done, and was told I was a "priority" and they would start in 3 weeks. I had reached my limit and was ready to get my money back. At this point it was revealed that the office manger whom I mentioned earlier was curt and disrespectful was fired and had made numerous errors. It turns out that the main person (Robert's brother) had no idea that the material had been delivered to my house. Work began almost within the week (mid July), It was a long, painful process till the work began. I said this was a bittersweet review, because once the work was started, the crews were professional, efficient and produced excellent results. The project was completed in about 3 and 1/2 days. The house looks great, the workmanship first class. The clean up was great, and all was good. There was a little mix up about the wrapping of the garage but Robert cleared it up pretty quickly. Again, they do great work and this is an example of what one bad employee can do. They were quick to correct the mistakes, but I feel I needed to be honest about this experience. Would I use them again? More than likely. Do I recommend them? I do. So this is why I gave several varying grades concerning this project. I picked them because I felt they were honest and the price was the best by far. Finally the house looks great. As I look at the top of review the work was completed mid July and the category should be siding.

What I was impress was the sales agent, Bob Brennen. Bob was with them the whole time and even helped out with my siding was falling out from the roofers installing a new roof year. Bob got his latter and fix them with no charge. This company I highly recommend.

Gordon was very courteous, professional and thorough. He made the fixes and didn't even charge me even though it wasn't a roof they had put on. This is the second time we have worked with Elite. The first was in a previous home that needed a full roof replacement and some windows replaced. Again they gave us a good price for quality work and even re-sealed some windows installed by another company.

Excellent. Very professional approach from start to finish. We love the results. No more leaking gutters!

From a hail storm of 2013 my roof needed replaced. I did much researching and chose Elite Exteriors and was so pleased with my roof. The staff was amazing and so helpful with all my questions and concerns. They were professional, courteous and displayed much more than I ever expected. I was so happy with Elite Exteriors I chose them to replace all my windows. They are beautiful and plan on having them do siding on my house at a later date. You can't go wrong with Elite Exteriors!

I highly recommend Elite Exteriors! The skill level is exceptional. The finished roof looks AMAZING! And it was complete in just 6 hours. The 3 bedroom windows are super and were installed in just 2 hours. They are all very professional and take great pride in their work and in their customer service. I really like that someone will come out the next two years to inspect the roof to ensure the continued quality. Being able to finance the balance is a great benefit as well. The owner, Rich, is extremely knowlegable and straight forward. There were no hidden costs or other surprises. They even came to our home and sat around our table to discuss the project and the contract. Outstanding service and product!

Our initial meeting to get the estimate couldn't have went better. The owners listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to push and quot;higher qualityand quot; items onto us. He actually suggested that we purchase a cheaper version of window because it would better fit our needs. We have two young children and they even interacted with them to make the appointment that much easier. Our 3 year old probably had as many questions as us. They were straight forward and really made us feel like they listened to what we wanted. Scheduling the work was simple as well. I will not hesitate making Elite Exteriors my first call when it comes time to replaced my roof or siding as well!

The installation appeared to be fine until after about 6 months when summer set in and the siding started bowing. On one side of my house all the panels started popping lose. I would snap them back in however eventually they would pop lose again. I call and quot;Not elite exteriorsand quot; (They don't deserve the name Elite) and was told just to send someone out to look would cost $100. Of course I was not going to pay them again so I kept calling trying to get someone out. I finally gave up and after a few more months I saw someone in the neighborhood work on siding at a neighbors house and asked him would he come by and take a look. The gentlemen informed me that the siding was cut too short so every time it and quot;breathedand quot; the seams would pop. I called and quot;Not elite exteriorsand quot; and again they refuse to come out unless I pay $100 up front. I contacted the contractor I had previously talked to and he said he could fix the problem, I just needed to get siding that matched my house.. Once again I call and quot;Note elite exteriorsand quot; inquiring how I could get the same shade of siding. As expected no help what so ever. The lady that answers the phone is one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. She basically told me if I don't contract with them, they wouldn't help me. After a couple of frustrating weeks, it dawn on me that the paper from the initial siding install may have the fcontact information of the actory that made the siding. Low and behold it did. I contacted the company, told them my problem and what I needed. Through emails and telephone conversationsI was to place my order, pay for it and within two weeks two boxes of siding was delivered directly to my house. I will not recommend and quot;Not elite exteriorsand quot; to anyone, for any reason ever.

Our home was built in 1964 and we really needed new windows. We worked closely with Bob Brennan from Elite Exteriors and he was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He took time to answer our questions and address our concerns. He was prompt with getting us a bid and helped us obtain the financing needed to complete our project. The window install went smooth and their install team was super. We've received many compliments from neighbors, family and friends on the new windows. Thanks to Bob Brennan and Elite Exteriors our home has an updated look and we are now saving money on our utility bills thanks to all of our new windows!

We worked with a very fine sales person Bob Brennan who did an outstanding job of helping us each step of the way. Elite Exteriors has a showroom with samples of siding and roofing materials. Bob walked us through each step of the process and was very helpful in showing us how colors would look together. Because of Bob and the Elite showroom, we chose Elite for the house siding and roof and our shed's new roof and our gutters. We are pleased with the looks of our house. It has a very interesting roof line and is quite tall. We think the new siding is contemporary and looks as good or better than our old cedar siding. The work crews were very efficient, courteous, and cleaned up as they worked. This project turned out very well and I would recommend Elite.

I was very impressed with Elite from start to finish. The salesman (Casey) was very professional and answered all of our questions. He was very flexible with his schedule when meeting with us. He also seen the job through until it was finished. Not only did he check on the work, he took care of his guys, bringing them coffee in the sub zero weather. The installation crew was also great! They were very professional and skilled at what they were doing. They finished the job in 2 1/2 days, and it was originally projected to be a 4 day job. The price was very affordable, and I thought the quality of the product was the best that I had shopped. Thanks Elite!

Elite will short you materials and change materials after the contract is signed. Too many people involved you don't see. First the salesman, than an estimator which these two have never met. Then the delivery person. Missing drip edge, switched plywood of osb, missing caps for vent pipes short ice and frost barrier. Gutter installation was done after the roof was on. the leaf guard should have been installed before the new roof went on. Also Elite done the roof on the weekend when it's hard to contact anyone.

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING ESP FINE PRINT ON BACK. Basically the contract you are signing means NOTHING. Terms on back state they can change ANYTHING and add on WHATEVER they want with a change order and do not need to tell you or get your approval. BEWARE OF CHANGE ORDERS! They are the catch! The bill ended up being over 60% more than the contract we signed. We did approve some of what they added. They went and used more expensive material and other items that we didn't even know about until we got the change order in the mail wanting another $4,000 plus. I had a hole in my roof for 2 weeks waiting for them to put in my sky lite. I was out of town and got a call that they were on the way to put it in. They gave no notice so I had to cancel my plans and go back home. They showed up 2 hours late and wanted to get paid the extra $4000+ tacked on their change order before the sky lite was even in. I told them I was NOT PAYING FOR WORK THAT WASN'T COMPLETED. Then he threatened me by saying and quot;Your siding is going on the bottom of the pile at the warehouse.and quot; It's been TWO months and still no siding. THEY RUINED MY CEILING!! I still have 2 screws sticking through it. The screws they used were too long. The guy that came out to do the estimate never bothered to get on the roof to look at it. My husband kept asking him if he wanted to go up and look to see what needed done. My ceiling is oak with beams across. It is unique and the reason I fell in love with the house. Now it is ruined, full of holes and the beams have gouges in them. Then on the change order they had the nerve to tack on an EXTRA $600 for screws. We agreed to pay for the items we authorized and some of the extras that were needed but $600 for screws!?! It's not my fault they used screws that were too long. Why should I have to pay for new screws because they screwed up and originally got ones that were too long and ruined my ceiling!?! Plus $600 for screws seems excessive. For that amount I could buy a truck full. *Update 9/16/13* Their office staff is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. They loose everything. No one ever returns calls. Mike (co-owner) is now threatening to put a lien on the house yet no one (Mike or secretary) knows how much the bill is. Mike said the accountant has that information. How are we expected to pay when no one can tell us how much they want!?! We have been asking them for the last TWO MONTHS for a revised bill so that we can get this settled. She keeps saying she sent one but will send out another yet we never get anything. She also managed to lose the estimate we sent in for their insurance to fix the ceiling. My house is missing half the siding and now even though THEY ALSO SIGNED THE CONTRACT and we paid half of the estimate for the siding they are refusing to do it. The only reason we choose them is because they gave us a good deal because we bundled everything. Now because they refuse to hold up their end of the contract we are going to have to pay considerably higher because we can no longer bundle with another company. We are the ones paying the price LITERALLY for their screw up. If Casey would have actually looked at the roof the estimate would not have been 60% lower than what they charged us. We realize this was only an estimate, not written in stone, but when it was 60 % off and they tacked on an extra $5700 to the bill something is off and not tight. It seems pretty pointless to get an estimate when it ended up being almost $6000 more. ALL I WANT IS MY CEILING FIXED AND SIDING ON MY HOUSE. All we want is our ceiling fixed and siding on our house before winter. In response to their response 10/10/13: All they keep saying is non-payment of APPROVED CHANGE ORDER. THAT IS OUR ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY. Most of the changes listed WERE NEVER DISCUSSED OR APPROVED! This is an attempt to put all the blame on us so they don't have to take any responsibility for anything. They used a different, more expensive, material than on the estimate and then added it to the change order. I resent the fact that they continue to make us look like losers who don't pay their bills. They never address any of the real issues. Mike threatened to put a lien on our house and when they came to the door they threatened me that and quot;our siding was going on the bottom of the pile.and quot; Way to run a business, threaten and intimidate your customers! If they wanted paid so bad why didn't they send out a bill like we REPEATEDLY asked them to? When we would call the owner couldn't even tell us what the bill was. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. If the owner didn't know how much he wanted how did he expect us to pay him!!! I have the phone bills and documented every time we called, who we talked to and how long it took for a return phone call. These show all the times we called them requesting a bill and also showing when they finally returned the call 2 or 3 days later. They were not paid because we questioned all the extra charges they tacked on. We didn't even know about the changes until we got a change order in the mail demanding payment in full PLUS an EXTRA $5691 before the work was even finished. That is 60 % more than the original estimate. These were NEVER discussed or approved. The items we approved such as the drain we were more than willing to pay for. He says how much less we paid. We still felt we were being charged for items that we shouldn't have to pay for since they were ever discussed but we paid the extra just to be finished dealing with these people. We had the same problem with the windows. After 2 months we called them asking for a bill. Maybe if this company wants to get paid they need a secretary who can actually mail a bill. The check sat somewhere for 5 weeks. Maybe that is why he thought they weren't paid! BOTH TIMES, FOR THE WINDOWS and ROOF, THEY WERE PAID THE DAY AFTER WE FINALLY GOT THEM TO MAIL OUT A BILL! Again, I do not understand how they did not know there was rock up there. First of all we told them, that is why we kept asking Casey if he wanted to actually take a look at what needed done. They say that they were up there repeatedly measuring. I was home every time anyone came out and they only got up on the roof ONCE. HOW DID THEY NOT SEE THE 80 (no idea where they came up with that number) BAGS OF ROCK. It was right there is plain site, not hidden. This should have been included in the original estimate. He says the sky lite was on back order. Again, because Casey never got on the roof to measure it. On the estimate there is and quot;approximately 2 1/2 by 2 1/2.and quot; If he was ever up there he should have measured not guessed. It was not measured until they were up there and started the work. THAT IS WHY WE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG. Then when they finally got it in IT HAS SCRATCHES ON IT. He talks about the estimate from the contractor and there being such a big difference. The estimate he is talking about clearly states right on it that it was only good for 45 days. By the time he got around to addressing the issue that time frame was long gone. We also talked to that contractor and he told us he put the 45 day limit because HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB. He claims they custom ordered our siding. We saw the EXACT siding (even had the same name) at Menards. It is the cheapest poorest quality they have. We ordered the highest quality and the most expensive and it was A THIRD of what Elite wanted for the cheap stuff. He also says he left materials for us to use. These were left over materials that we had already paid for and they had thrown in the dumpster. This company has already closed one location. Tells a lot about the way they run their business. We have given up on them but PLEASE PLEASE WARN OTHERS ABOOUT THIS COMPANY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE NIGHMARE WE HAVE! We have already steered two people, that we had previously recommended Elite to, away from them just by showing them the change order.

We got a good price but the job was not good. First the workers showed up late. Then they left cigarette buts all over the yard. They did not clean up very well behind themselves. They did not pick up a lot of the nails either and I was finding nails in the yard for months after they left. Another crew had to come back several weeks later because 1) the window frame wrap was so bad I couldn't open 5 of the windows, 2)One of the rosettes had fallen down and 3)the caulk job was bad and still looks bad. As I learn more about this type of work, I am realizing how bad the job is/was.

The estimate was punctual with no sales pressure. The crew who replaced the windows was very personable and polite. I haven't had any problems in the last 2 years with the windows and heat bill has gone way down as house had 40 plus year old windows. They cleaned up well. Plan to use them when I side the house next year. Awesome service and they didn't talk down to me like other companies did because I am female.

We couldn't be happier with the work and service. They were quick to responded to some minor adjustments that needed to be done. Their work is excellent and their attention to detail is beyond what we expected. We have had so many neighbors tell us how beautiful our house looks now. After the work is done the company has a servicemen check the work and anything the crew missed is taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

I requested an estimate through their web site and they never called me back. By then I had decided, due to bad reviews, that I would go with someone else anyway.

They measured and gave estimate. Professionally installed and made accomodations for small problems with the project.

Arrived about 40 minutes late and the total job ran slightly longer than the 2 to 3 hours projected. I needed to loan the workers an additional extension cord due to the distance from where their truck was parked. I appreciated the fact that they were especially responsive to my request to be careful of the recently installed flat roof on the north side. They accomodated my request by not using ladders or working from the flat roof on that side of the house, doing the outside wrapping and caulking if the windows on the north side of the house from the inside. Overall, they did a satisfactory and efficient job of installation, after which they gave my wife and I a walk-through inspection, as well as instructions on raising and lowering the windows for maintenance purposes
