Description of Work: They changed our wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace and did all the chimney work and gas work to do that. Took out sides of old fireplace and inserted a gas fireplace. Also all new frontage and glass front. Ran a gas line up from the furnace in the basement. Did and excellent job and good explanations by the techs on how to run our new remote control of the fireplace.

Terrible. Beware
Description of Work: Nothing. Called on 19th to schedule an estimate for a complete redo. No call back. Called on the 24th and talked to the scheduler. We scheduled an apt for the 27th. Called an hour and a half after the no show...no answer of course, left message to call us or let us know if Dave is still gonna show. No response as yet. Moving on. I sure will never use them now.

I couldn't have asked for better service. The tech suggested that I buy a cap which fits over the top of the chimney to keep wind from entering the chimney and chilling the family room. He measured the opening, ordered the equipment and installed it the next week without incident.
Description of Work: Placed wind cap on my fireplace chimney.
