The owners and salesman were extremely attentive throughout the process. We were impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. My husband is a perfectionist and made several calls, all of which were answered, and he was never made to feel that he was imposing on them. All concerns were addressed immediately. We have no reservations about recommending CertaPro to anyone. If you call them, mention two houses in Bellevue, Nebraska, so you can see them yourself. It should be noted that while the work was being done, one of the owners experienced an unexpected death of a parent. Despite this emotional event, their professionalism never wavered. We knew nothing of this company until we read recommendations from others on Angie's List. The owners and their workers were punctual, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We have dealt with other contractors "in the trades" and few arrive when they say they will. One painting company that was recommended by friends showed up 24 hours late just to bid. Another showed up one week later. Some never called back.

CertaPro did fantastic job. I had been trying to get someone to paint my house for over two months. Other companies I contacted gave me the run-around. They promised to come out to the house for an estimate, but didn't. CertPro was very different. From the first phone call to schedule an estimate to the finished paint job the entire team was customer friendly and highly professional. Jarrod kept me informed every step of the way and made sure my concerns were addressed. The prep work was outstanding, and the paint crew did a fantastic job. When they finished they thoroughly cleaned the area. My house looks great!

I wanted After I called for an estimate I received an estimate within a short time. I was not ready to have the job done for a few weeks, but when I was ready and called again Jarrod came out the next day to determine exactly what I wanted. He suggested some changes to my plans that made a lot of sense and we agreed they would start as soon as possible. They were able to start within two days and finished two days later. When they left the yard was completely clean. I plan to use them again.

I certainly didn't have to wait very long to have my house painted by Certapro! The salesman came out on Aug. 1st, Jodi came out to do a color consultation on Aug. 7th, and my house was painted the next week. I didn't want a typical beige or gray house and Jodi did a great job in helping me pick out colors that I'm very happy with. I've also gotten compliments from my neighbors, so the house must look pretty good! There was a scary moment when I came home from work the day they were painting to find that they had painted my house the wrong color! After a frantic call to Jarrod the problem was worked out (apparently Sherwin Williams has two paint colors with the same name - all I knew what that I wrote down the right name and number on the paperwork I filled out so I knew it wasn't MY fault!) and they came out the next day to repaint it the correct color. The only thing I did wonder about was the final price. In the estimate I was told that if it was necessary to put on two coats there was a $280 additional fee. Weeellll....of course my house has two coats of paint on it - it was painted the wrong color the first time! And I was at work when the actual painting happened so I don't really know how many coats of paint in total there were. Jarrod told me that they had to paint more than one coat of the wrong color and he thought of the right color also - but heck, I don't know! And yes, the darker trim color probably did have to be painted twice...but still, unless we're right there watching them, how can we know how many coats they put on? I think that the salespeople should just tell you right up front that they will have to do two coats so you'll just plan on the greater cost. I guess now that I've been told that it has multiple coats of paint, the Sherwin Williams 25 year guarantee should hold and I shouldn't have to paint the house for another 25 years, right? Overall though I'm happy with the job that Certapro did and I think my house looks great!

Start to finish this process lasted about 2 weeks. We called for an estimate and the next week we picked a color and the house was complete. It took 2 days to prep and paint the house and complete the deck. I thought the process was very smooth and organized. There were no surprises.

The contact with Jarrod at Certipros was always professional and prompt. The estimate was performed within a week of the initial contact. The paint work was coordinated with wood repair work performed on windows and eaves. the workers started at 7-7:30 every day until the work was completed and they worked to 5:30 each day. The entire house painting and repairs was performed in 4-1/2 days.the workers also cleaned up any of the yard where equipment was stored during the week. I will use Certipro for the future maintenance and touch-up work and when I need the interior of the home painted.the project was completed in the at the estimated cost.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Certa Pro provided extensive references, a detailed estimate, and a clear contract specifying exactly what they would be doing and what it would cost. One especially helpful service in our case, was their provision of a quart each of the base and trim colors we had originally selected prior to the start of the job. When we actually applied the original colors we had chosen, it turned out that they were completely wrong for the house. We were able to re-select colors before the job started and are extremely pleased with our final choice. We were flexible on our start date, so that Certa-Pro was able to start sooner than they originally planned. The whole process took only a few days. The crew worked from early morning until evening each day in blistering heat and humidity with a cheerful willingness and a work ethic that I thought had been lost in modern America. The work was carefully performed and any requests we made for additional caulking or small touch ups were taken care of immediately. I would recommend that the homeowner be available and take note of specific touch up or detail areas during the painting process, so that everything can be taken care of to his or her satisfaction during the job itself. We feel that the final price was fair, the quality of the work and materials excellent, and both the professional/managerial staff and the painters knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. We would not hesitate to recommend Certa Pro in the future.

They were great and are friendly. I will use them again in the future.

They came and power washed my house on a Saturday. The next Tuesday they had a team come over and do all the caulking. On Thursday my whole house was taped and painted in 10 hours and the crew cleaned up their mess. My crew leader was named Diego and he was so nice and professional. I could not have had a better experience.

They were very professional and courteous. We are pleased with the results.

They did exactly what we asked. All of the people that worked on our house were super polite, professional. They cleaned up everything. We are so impressed with this company!

I was in a bit of a time crunch getting the painting done prior to having siding placed on my house. I was advised that the soonest appointment was a week away for a bid but I was assured they would in fact have the work done before the siding was placed. One week later a bid was placed and the contract was signed the same day. To my surprise I received a call that Sunday and Jarrod advised me that the painters were going to stop by and start the prep work and that they would be back the following week (a few days later) to finish the job. The prep work included taping the windows and sealing cracks and caulking. Prep was started on Sunday the painters came back two-three days later and the job was done in a matter of a 2-3 hours. Diego was the site supervisor and he was very polite and informative and there was no mess left behind!! I would reccommend to any and everyone!! I plan on doing future business with them as I have some interior rooms that need painted. Great job and very pleased!!!!!!!!!

Their bid was around $1200 to do the job. They were very responsive initially. I got a lower bid by about $90 from another company, so I called them back and told them about that and asked whether they could lower their bid. I hadn’t heard from them for a couple of days and it took them a little while to call back, so I just assumed that they didn’t want to haggle with pricing and I went ahead with the other company. You can tell that they are a franchise, so their presentation was very well put together. They gave me material and folders and it was a whiz bang product. He was on time when he came.

We had adequate time after color selection to review our decision and possibly re-decide. We applied paint samples on the house to get a gist of how it would work out. We went with the colors Jodi selected and we are amazed at the result. It is better than we imagined. The workers were efficient and accurate and paid attention to detail. They were done in 8 hours.

This company came out and gave an estimate for repainting the exterior of the house and staining the fence. When looking at window sills, they found a few that had some rot. They gave us a name for a carpenter (who has the same last name as one of the individuals who owned or worked for the company) who came out quickly and rebuilt some sills quickly and at a good price. Immediately following the carpentry work, CertaPro came out and prepped the house for painting which took 2 days (almost a week ahead of their scheduled time). Painting was done very well in about 6 hours worth of painting. They worked with us finding a paint color, and even supplied us with a free paint sample from the Sherwin Williams store to make sure we liked our choice.

CertaPro Painters of Omaha do good work. They have reasonable price and they were quick.

I found a few imperfections after they were finished. They came out very promptly to fix that. The pricing was fair.

The service from the initial appointment for the estimate to the final walk-around checklist was an excellent experience.The owners are very involved in all aspects of the job and and were a pleasure to work with. All arranged appointments were kept and the estimated cost was accurate. The workers arrived Thursday afternoon and worked until sundown scraping and prepping the house. They arrived Friday morning and worked all day, to get the job done before cold wether moved in. They taped all glass and I did not find any overspray or paint spills anywhere! The attention to detail was exceptional and the efficiency of the job was amazing. Part of the service is a completion checklist and even though there were only a couple very minor areas to touch up, the workers were great to work with and were very responsive to any requests. The workers returned on Saturday morning, completed the final checklist, finished cleaning up the work area and they were done! We have a 2 story house with several roof lines and levels on the exterior. The estimate was the lowest of the three I obtained. My wife and I were and are very happy with the job. We have received numerous complements from our neighbors as well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

The overall experience of painting the exterior of the house was great! It was getting later in the season, but CertaPro Painters made us their top priority! They had our house prepped and painted in two days.

They weren't the lowest bid, nor were they the highest. I chose them based on previous reviews and on my personal impression of the owners. My only complaint was that the person making the estimate would not commit to a time frame in which they could start and finish the job, even though he wanted me to sign a contract. When I signed the contract, I wrote in my requirements as far as a time frame for the work to be done. In the end, they started the job right away and finished it promptly. The people were very professional and they even agreed to come back out and take care of a few touch up items.

They were able to come out right away, and worked with my schedule. The gave me a good bid. We are just waiting until the spring to have them do the work.

The experience was positive and I was satisfied with the speed and the quality of the work. They cleaned up after themselves and met all my expectations; I have no open issues with them. I will use them again in the future.

I thought the quote was quite a bit high. She was a couple minutes late.

We got a bid from another company but obviously wanted to check around. So I joined Angie's List and saw the high ratings for CertaPro. We called and someone came out very quickly. He was great to work with and the bid came in $1800 less that the other company. We thought we would wait until early fall to paint because we had a graduation and were leaving on a trip overseas right after that. But the contact person called to say they were available in 2 weeks (putting the painting the week of the graduation party.) Initially we declinedd, thinking that this would be a long, drawn out process, adding to the stress of preparing for a party. But they assured us they would get it done quickly. So a few days before graduation, in a total of 3 days, our house was painted! We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved; and the quality of the work performed was exceptional. Plus the house looked great for the grad party! We will definitely use CertaPro again!
