Description of Work: My carpet was cleaned in the living room and hallway. After the carpet dried, I noticed several dark brown spots on the dry carpet. I called Big Red's Guaranteed Clean approximately a week after the week was performed. The man who answered the phone said that dirt or stains from past years was brought to the surface and dried. The man who answered the phone said that he would return and take care of the matter. A date was set up for a Monday at 4:00 pm. No one ever came to look at the dark spots or called me to set another appointment. I would not recommend this company or use this company again.

Description of Work: We finished a major construction and had them clean our wool rugs which had pet stains from our puppy. They not only removed the offensive odors but also our rugs look like they are new, which is shocking to me. We have used them many times because they deliver the results we are seeking. Great company!

They called before they came out. I have used them in the past and they sent the same crew out each time; which made us feel comfortable with them in our home.
