Big Red's Guaranteed Clean

I hired them to clean a chair which had been stained pretty badly by pets. They were able to get it almost like-new condition! I was very impressed. Highly recommened.

Big Red was very reasonable on their prices compared to other businesses. They did an exceptional job and I have had no problems since. One of things I liked best was they weren't pushy about cleaning the carpet. I went ahead and had them clean 3 rooms and was very happy that I did. The price was really reasonable as well.

It went relatively well. I know the poor guy was working hard, it was a very hot, very humid day; and he worked on the basement for over 3 hours. The biggest fault was ours, I believe we had let that carpet go too long without a professional cleaning. Oh, and at one time we had 7 dogs. The basement is my husband's man cave and I seldom ventured it. I should have. The doggy smell was mostly eradicated, but obvious stains remain, which I understand isn't uncommon when the stain sets. The rust stains, are all almost gone, he did a good job on those. I think Bed Red did a good job, considering the mess they had - on an off white carpet, no less. The price was a little high. I was anticipating about $400 and it was about $450; but he was really working! Obviously, I would have liked it to remove more spots, but realistically, that just wasn't possible, and they did a great job.

Rex has been doing this a long time, and he is very helpful and service-oriented. He agreed to meet my deadline, offered a volume discount, and lowered the price further when the price was still a bit above what I had budgeted. (I was going to simply skip cleaning a couple of them, but he insisted on cleaning all of them for my target price.) Three of the rugs were delivered by my deadline, and the others several days later. That ended up being of little consequence because of a delay in getting the wood floors installed. I highly recommend Big Red because Rex's friendliness, professionalism and flexibility, and because his crew does a great job!

It was still dirty when done. Company sent someone out to check my complaint. Gentlemen said no dirt "was seen" . Stated that the photo I showed them was residual cleaning fluid not dirt.

They did a great job explaining the process & ensuring the job was done. They gave me an initial time quote. I called on the day I was supposed to pick up the rugs and they informed me they were not satisfied with the outcome so they needed to go thru an another cleaning step...at no additional cost. Everything turned out great!

I hired Big Red Guaranteed Clean because I had used them in the past with good results. This time the job was the ultimate challenge. My son and his wife have light colored carpet they can't afford to replace right now. Needless to say spots and dirt appear quickly and easily. This is compounded by the fact they have cats that don't always make it to the litter box. They have had foster children, as well, that tracked in stains from the neighbor's mulberry tree. The technician accepted the challenge and worked very hard to remedy the situation. The carpet is clean and smells much, much better. Some stains refused to budge, but they are much lighter. (I think bleach or a carpet knife is the only way those stains would come out.) I am very pleased with the service and would encourage anyone that wants a good carpet cleaning to use this company.

The technician, Dan, arrived at the appointed time. We discussed what I wanted done. He cleaned the areas I requested. He also put on protection as a bonus. With the Angie's List discount, my carpets are clean for a very reasonable price.

We had a corner of the basement that got wet after the June 20th downpour. I called on Sunday, the 22nd, when we returned home from vacation and found the soggy carpet. Because I mentioned Angie's List, Chad came out that afternoon to assess the situation. I did some of the work myself based on his advice-- removing and disposing wet carpet pad. Technicians followed up the following day and set up large fans to dry out the area and the carpet. They also sprayed the area to discourage mildew. The crew returned last week to replace the carpet pad that I had removed in that corner. They were very thorough and stuck to their estimate. Their estimate was lower than another provider's who had told me that I'd be waiting at least a week before service.

Steve was fabulous! He was very skilled and professional. Did a great job! He came initially for our wet-carpet problem/repair, then we scheduled them to come back at later date to clean all carpets in house.
