Description of Work: I had a major repair done. The upper oven liner of my electrolux double oven had to be replaced which meant removing the whole oven from the wall and dismantling it and then reassembling it all back together and replacing it back in the wall. It took 2 servicemen 5 hrs. to do. I was quoted a price over the phone and they kept their word on the price after all repair was done. I talked to Dan over the phone to schedule and he ordered the liner. He was very courteous and professional. I received a call the night before of the time they were to arrive and also from the serviceman the morning of when they were leaving the shop. They were very timely and courteous. They took their shoes off at the door and were very polite. Wayne and Phillip were very meticuolous in doing this job. They took every precaution they could to protect the oven parts as they were dismantling and my woodwork as well as my wood floor. They were very organized and did an awesome job. I will never use any other company again. Andy's is the best repair service for appliances. I highly recommend them .
