Description of Work: I called for a warm refrigerator. They came within 45 minutes (A service technician was in the area.) They diagnosed the problem, but the repair would be more costly than the worth of the refrigerator. the technician was friendly and curteous.

Description of Work: Came to fix my dryer as it wasn't drying clothes - unsure of the problem; felt it 'might' be the sensor - so told me what to look for; called them back the next week to replace it - so was only charged for 1 service call. The technician was thorough and professional in attempting to pinpoint the problem, even though it took two visits to fix.

Description of Work: My refrigerator would not hold an internal temperature. The tech, Arnie, diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes as being the main board. Luckily he had one on the truck and was able to switch it out. It now runs perfectly quietly, where it had been quite noisy before with ticks and loud noises. This is my second experience with Andy's Appliance Repair for two separate appliances and I find them to be the best appliance repair company I've found. I'm glad I found them (by reading reviews on Angie's list) and I will continue to use them, when the need arises.

Description of Work: My dishwasher was not responding. In the end, it turned out it was dead, but the repair man was very professional and checked everything out just to ensure it wasn't something else. He also called some people to double check when he couldn't find the answer he wanted in the manual. He also quoted me what it would be for a new repair part + labor and made sure I understood my options for repairing versus replacement. In the end, I choose replacement since the repair was a pricey control board.
