He found the problem was not as figured and removed his parts, and gave me good advice which saved me a lot of money.

Arrived on time, appliance was repaired. Very good people to deal with.

Second time I've used Andy's. I made the appointment online when my refrigerator quit on Sunday and was scheduled for Tuesday. They called to see if I'd like to schedule for Monday (heck yeah, my fridge is out!) Came out and diagnosed the problem, had to order part. Returned on Wednesday morning to install the motor. Now we're happy campers!! Thanks Andy's!

The repairman was so honest about the cost of the part and the likely lifetime of our washing machine. We appreciated his frankness in spending $300 to repair an older washer when we had a work around.

We ordered part on our own and had Service One repair it for far less than the quote from Andy

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Andy's Appliance repair. Arnie was the Andy's technician that assisted us with the repairs. Our fridge door was not closing properly. Arnie diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He then ordered the necessary parts to make the repairs. The first visit cost approximately $80.00. Arnie returned approximately a week later after acquiring the parts to make the repairs. Upon arrival, he determined that even though he ordered the correct part number, the part itself was incorrect. He immediately called to see if he could acquire the correct part, left to pick up the correct part, and then returned within an hour to make the repairs. Arnie took the time to explain what he was doing, and what had gone wrong with the door. He was professional and friendly at all times. Bottom line, he was an outstanding technician and represented Andy's Appliance very well. As a result, I highly recommend Andy's, and would not hesitate recommending them.

When I called for an appointment they told me between 10:00 and noon. It was already 11:00 and sure enough, Arnie, the tech showed up about 11:30 that same day. I was impressed. He checked everything on the dishwasher's electrical system and then checked inside the pump and found a rubber band, which was removed and now the dishwasher again drains as it should. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he cleaned and checked out the dishwasher. This was my first time with Andy's Appliance Repair but I will definitely use them again for future appliance repairs.

I was satisfied with everything, but the price of service. The part was probably less than $5 (a plastic ice tray), and it took the guy 10 minutes to replace it. The total was $170. I was under the impression that the $80 service call would be applied to any repair as the site says. Thus, if the repair was $100 and we used Andy's, then we would pay $100. If we didn't use Andy's, we would pay for the service call. The invoice didn't break down parts, labor, etc. Don't really know how the repairman came up with that number.

Andy's showed up on time; the repairman was very professional and courteous; even though it was a sunny/dry day, the repairman removed his shoes at the door to avoid tracking in anything on our carpet; repairman promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem; explained the issue in understandable terms.

Clayton showed up 30 min early. I had told them that I would be home all day so they could come early if possible. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and told me the cost to fix it. He indicated that it was a part he had in his van and could fix it right away. I agreed to the cost (the original service charge was included and he gave me a $10 senior discount), he made a trip to his van, came back in and installed the starter. He started the refrigerator, explained the one year warranty on parts and labor. He told me to call if there were any problems and they would be right back. He billed me and was gone in 30 minutes. The young man was very friendly, professional and courteous. This company apparently takes customer service very seriously. I can sum this up in two words: Customer delight!

Service person came within the scheduled time frame. He was careful about property (wore shoe covers), put down floor protection. Measured temperature at different areas in the appliance and looked at icing pattern. Discovered thta the auto-close freezer door wasn't closing completely and realighned it to do so. He reassured me that everything else appeared to be working properly. Serce call warranty for another 30 days if problem should recur (it has not).

This was an intermittent problem that took multiple visits to diagnose and fix. Multiple components were relplaced until a new evaporater was installed and it appears to resolve the problem. Andy's repairman was very professional and always was there when he said he would be. Whether the fix could have been determined without so many visits, I don't know. Andy's charged me for most of the componants replaced but not for the labor associated with three of the five visits. Viking the manufacture did cover the cost of the evaporater but not the labor. My overall experience with Andy's was positive. However, my experience with Viking appliances has been very bad. While, dealing with the refridgerator's problems my Viking dish washer failed and flooded my basement. My recommendation is before investing high end built-in refridgerator, understand the cost to repair and\or replace is very high.

Overall my experience was great! Randy was the technician that was sent out to fix my dishwasher. He was very friendly and great at explaining everything he had/was doing. He was able to quickly fix my problem that seemed to stump the two previous people. I will definitely use them in the future for any other appliance problems.

The work was done efficiently and well. The repairman cleaned up afterwards. No problems.

Awesome! they got us in the same day, were knowledgeable, courteous and they respected my space. Their secretary took on filing all the paperwork for our warranty for us, so all we had to do was pay the 80.00 service call originally and what should have been an over 600 dollar repair was covered between Bosch and NFM. I really appreciated how on top of it they were. In the future I would never deal with anyone else for an appliance repair.

My washing machine wouldn't go thru the spin cycle. I called Andy's and they sent someone out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be the timer element, he called the office and stated that they didn't have the timer in stock and it would have to be ordered and it would take a couple of days. He called later the same day and said that they had located a timer in town and could install it that day. He stopped back, installed the timer and it worked. They only charged for one service call, but I thought that was a little expensive.

Performed thorough diagnosis and recommended replacement. Ordered replacement on our behalf and provided estimated delivery/install date. Andy's called upon arrival of parts and scheduled install visit. Install went well and everything works as it should. Service tech Arnie Q. was personable, professional, competent, and helpful. I highly recommend Andy's Appliance and will use them again for any appliance work I may have.

It took the tech a while to recreate the noise. He was very patient and finally we heard the noise and he determined the motor for the freezer was the cause. He ordered the part and when it arrived they called to schedule an appointment. I had the same great experience with the same tech who diagnosed the problem. He was prompt, professional and arrived on time. I will follow up if I have problems with the repair . . . but I doubt I will.

It is so frustrating when your dryer doesn't work. Especially when you have a ton of laundry to do. Andy's responsed to my call and came out so fast and now my dryer is working beautifully. I was really appreciative that I did not have to pay an additional amount for them to come out on Saturday. I will call them again. It is hard to find a reputable company to do appliance repair. Thank you Andy's! By the way another company I called before Andy's told me they would call me when the Tech was on his way --- I am STILL waiting! Can you believe they NEVER called me back. Sad. Not a good way to get business.
