+ -1 moreAll Pro Carpet Cleaners came out...I showed him the major spots so he could pre treat & clean & also do other carpet. I NO longer have odor & carpets look great!! VERY pleased WILL refer him to neighbors, friends, etc. And WILL rehire him again for the rest of my house!
Description of Work: I had major cat odor issues in 2 spots & cat sick spots in 6 areas on top of normal cleaning.

+ -1 moreThe technicians were pleasant and did the work. But it was done so fast I couldn't believe it. All in all I was not satisfied with the method that was used and didn't feel it really did the job of cleaning the carpets. Because of this disappointing experience we will no longer be using Angie's List. Our experience was nothing like the glowing reports we read for this company.

+ -1 moreThe technicians came out and cleaned 3 rooms, a hallway and 14 stairs. The technicians were very prompt and completed the work very quickly. Once the carpet was dry, it appeared like they had missed some spots. I contacted the company and the owner and a technician came out the next day and recleaned the areas. The carpets looked great!! I was not charged for the second trip. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again!
Description of Work: I had 3 rooms, a stairway and a small hallway cleaned. The carpets had many spills from chocolate milk that seemed to be set in. The technicians moved most of the furniture in order to fully clean the carpets. The work was completed promptly and the price was very reasonable!

+ -1 moreArrived on time, worked quickly, were very efficient, pleasant and professional. Work was done almost within time projected. If they ran over, it was because they tried to remove some stubborn stains, using various solvents.
Description of Work: Wonderful, professional company. Moved furniture I didn't even expect them to move. Left "feet" for other furniture in case we had to move them back before 24 hours was up. The few times they couldn't get a spot out (after retrying several times) they called it to our attention and suggested ways to avoid/clean if it happened again. This group is the BEST!!!!

+ -1 moreWE had moved out some of the furniture so they would not have to. Since i am handicapped I was unable to be much help so when All Pro got to the house they moved some things themselves and did not charge. As they were going from one area to another they would explain some things to me, like what they were using, how long before I could drive my motorized wheel chair into another room and how long to keep on the fans, to show some examples.There was never any kind of mess and when they got done using somke fo the tubing it was taken out to th truck.
Description of Work: The day they came to our home was exactly the time and day they told us they would be there. Their professionalism and the quality of their work was the best we have ever had in all of the years that we have had our carpets cleaned.

+ -1 moreDo move everything that you want to move. We left the big furniture in place but made things ready for them to start. This if a big plus both for you and the cleaners. He said we were the most ready customers he has had. We also gave the carpet a thorough vacuuming before they came. I'd say not to plan on moving things back into place until the next day to ensure the carpet is fully dry.
Description of Work: We had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned. I loved the service we received. The owner and his son were in and out in about an hour. They pre-treated, cleaned and sprayed something afterward to help the carpets dry quicker. Then they came through with a carpet broom to lift the pile so it would dry faster. The cleaning really helped the pile to spring back and look newer. I will have them again when I need the carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: All Pro called 30 minutes before their arrival time and showed up punctually on time. They looked over the areas of carpet that needed to be cleaned and explained what they were going to do. They immediately went to work cleaning the upper and lower level carpets as discussed. The results were fabulous! All Pro staff are true professionals that simply do what they say they are going to do.

Description of Work: I saw the excellent ratings for carpet cleaning on Angies LIst and used this company as one of my quotes for carpet cleaning. A man answered the phone with little identification of who I was talking to. I gave the same room measurements that I gave the other company for a quote. We were moving into a large house, 4 bdrms, carpeted basement, T-stairway going upstairs, approx 2200 sq ft of cleaning. He did not offer one bit of information, I had to extract every piece of information; the type of cleaning used, the temperature of the water, they time involved etc. He quoted an abnormally low amount and half the time I thought it would require. I got the impression he was not interested in the job. Maybe someone else answers the calls for the company and he just got caught that day or he didn't have time for such a large job.

+ -1 morethese guys gave me the best price by phone, came out on short notice, did more than I originally asked for at no extra cost, were on time and friendly, did not try tack on additional service or chemical treatments or try to sell me anything other than what we had asked for. did the job perfectly and asked for payment of the exact amount we had agreed on. I know how carpet cleaning companies can be and this company was nothing that I was expecting, now if I could just get them to go into the moving business, cause my movers were the opposite experience.
