Arrived close to starting time and did a pretty good job. The landlord felt a couple of stained areas could be cleaner, but I think they were fine and we didn't get docked for it. They worked around the few straggling boxes and worked diligently while they were there.

They were very, very nice and cleaned up any mess. The carpets looked great when they were finished. I would recommend them. They did quality work. I would absolutely use them again.

That carpet cleaning turned out okay. They did the carpets in my living room, hallways and stairs. There were some stains that I wanted them to get out, but we didn’t have much hope for those stains to begin with. Two employees came out and it didn’t take them very long.

Everything was fine except quality of service. We were primarily interested in removing spots in our carpet. After their cleaning the spots were very little improved. We then used our our own spot remover and removed approximately ninety precent of the discloration.

They were friendly and polite. They put furniture on Styrofoam blocks so it did not get damaged. I felt the additional cost for the other services was reasonable. I felt they did a fine job. Unfortunately, older carpets are never fully restored from carpet cleaning.

Went great! We have a new puppy and all of the stains are still gone. Wanted to wait to make sure they didn't surface again and I can't see a thing. Very happy with the service!

I bought the special through Angie's list. They arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. They went straight to work, were pleasant and efficient. They did an excellent job on my carpet. Always before when I bought a $99. For 3 areas special, the companies insisted on charging extra for my dressing room off my bedroom. All-pro carpet cleaning did not charge me extra. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Not only did he clean my carpets. He helped to get out some pet stains . VERY pet friendly & great experience. Will recommend them highly.

Came quickly when I called to schedule the cleaning and was very professional, thorough and efficient.

They cleaned two large rooms, two stair cases and one hall. They did a fantastic job. This is the second time I have used them. They fit me in at the last minute as I was expecting out of town house guests. They arrived on time, did a great job cleaning the carpets and were done within an hour. They put my heavy pieces of furniture back with carpet guards. The two men were very nice and the carpet looked great.

The owner came out himself to do the work. Very knowledgeable about the business and did a good job of cleaning the carpet. He made recommendations on future clean ups if I have any issues w/ my large dogs. Very nice family owned business man. Would use again.

Jeff was very responsive to my request for an appointment and stayed in touch with me as I sent him additional messages. John, his son, was so responsive that he called an hour and 45 minutes early and said he was on his way! (I signed up for the 10-noon slot, but John and Bernard were here by 8:30.) Not sure if one of them got the 2-hour window wrong or they were running ahead of schedule; I didn't ask because I was home when John called and wanted to get it done. John & Bernard were genuinely friendly guys; it was nice meeting them. They asked me to show them what I wanted done. I asked that they pay extra attention to the high-traffic "marks," so they sprayed the doorways of each room and hall. They also asked if they could clean the small room at the bottom of the stairs. No extra charge; just a nice offer! When they were done, they asked me if I wanted to look at their work, which most contractors do not ask & I don't think about because I'm usually busy. Every room looked great! I could clearly see that they reached as far as they could because there was no visible area that had not been covered.
