This is the third time I've used them, and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

This is the second time we have had them clean our carpets. They are great. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. They are prompt, very efficient, clean, polite....well, what's not to like? I recommend them highly.

There were several barbeque sauce stains down my stairwell. After cleaning not a spot remaining. I am very particular as my carpet is only 6 months old. He also gave me tips on how to keep my carpets refreshed and clean. I will use his service again. Excellent service!

Very good....had large spots in the basement carpet which were 6 years old and he got them all out!! Very nice, very good job!!

It was nice. I paid an extra $15. I thought they were great. They were pretty responsive. They were on time. They were actually very professional. I've used them before in the past too. I always call them.

Arrived on time. Polite. Left carpet very wet. I am disappointed in the results on the stairs and in the family room where some spots remain visible. They were very fast, perhaps too fast for the job to be done well. Although the price was excellent and the workers were very pleasant, I was disappointed in the job done.

They cleaned 4 rooms of carpet. They raked it when they were done and it looked great.

Cleaned six rooms, hall and stairs,. Awesome - did a great job and very pleased. Great for the value =- have recommended them.

They did an outstanding job. There was so many spots I was concerned that they would not be able to get it sufficiently clean but, in fact, they were very meticulous in their work and did a great job.

This company is awesome! Called to make appointment and it was available within three days. They arrived right on time, after giving a courtesy call prior to arrival. They moved light furniture (dining chairs, throw rugs, plants, coffee and end tables, etc.). They spot-sprayed the heavier spots and few pet stains. Since we have off-white wall-to-wall carpeting, we were curious as to how well the cleaning would be. They used steam cleaning (no dry chemicals), and "raked" the pile, including the steps. They advised it would take between 8-12 hours to dry, and even put "risers" under the legs of the coffee table to prevent any damage to the wood!!. They were thorough, professional, clean, neat and everything was done within 90 minutes. We were extremely satisfied and beyond pleased with the results!! ALL the stains are gone, including the heavy "traffic areas" by the kitchen and bathrooms! We highly recommend this company, and we will only be using them in the future. We could not be happier and more satisfied!!

This is a local family business. The two young men arrived a 1/2 hour before appointment time (which was good), checked the area rug label for cleaning information (the rug had to be rolled up in order to get to the label -- we appreciated the effort) and explained the cleaning process. They were very careful not to stain the finished wood floor, and paid extra attention to traffic area soiling. Overall they did a much better job than the last company we used and were very pleasant and courteous.

Two young boys arrived to clean the carpets. They were professional and on time. They did not really go through any of the process with me. I pointed out one spot that needed cat odor removed. They said nothing extra was needed and the cat odor was NOT removed. They were very quick, which I am not sure is good or bad. Their tubing for the cleaner scraped the paint off a corner of my wall. Not too big of a deal. I am more concerned with the cat odor that was not removed.

Very well, punctual, professional and affordable

they did clean one sofa before checking allowable treatment on the fabric. They immediately brought it to my attention, told me what to look for and represented they would make the situation right if there was any long-term damage.

They arrived on time, calling on the way to the house. I showed them all the rooms to clean & talked about the pet smells. I had people who stayed with me for a few weeks that had an untrained dog. The carpets were very stained and the smell was horrible!! All Pro cleaned and deodorized all the carpets, especially the one where the dog slept. All of the stains came out except one light pink stain that All Pro pointed out to me. (I have NO idea what it was!) They were fast, efficient and I am very happy with the job!! The next guests that came stated how nice the house smelled -- much better than last year!! So I am pleased.

The guys were very prompt and professional moving my furniture around. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were done (only about 1 1/2 hours). However, less than a week after their job I noticed old stains in every room, that apparently had 'come up'. We recently moved into our house and this was the first time I had the carpets cleaned. I believe these are stains from the previous owners but the carpet actually looked better before I hired All Pro. The only thing All Pro could have done differently that may have made a difference would be to go slower and maybe do a more thorough job. I did not complain to the company because the stains were old but I won't hire them again.

Arrived on time, very friendly. Discussed pet stains in three areas and charged extra for a spray solution that "gobbled up" the stains. The next morning when the carpet was dry the stains were 10 times worse and some emerged we did not realize were there. Carpets overall looked worse. Ended up replacing three rooms of carpet because of stains and small traffic area that was made worse, thus we spent an additional $1400 because of stains that were not too noticeable prior to being cleaned.

Two rooms were stained from our pet and one room from being a high traffic area. They were scheduled for 9 am. We received a phone call around 830 am from the two man crew stating they were enroute. They arrived around 855 am. Came in introduced themselves and went over the carpets to be cleaned and discussed the stain issues. They completed the job in approximately 45 minutes. The results were excellent. I was very pleased with how the stains were removed and the total outcome of the cleaning. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned. Very professional and ensured that everything was done to our satisfaction prior to departing.

Wonderful experience. This was the second time I had All Pro come clean my carpets. They do a great job, they are very thorough, going over every step with me, and asking sure I get the service I want. Their prices are very reasonable. I will not use anyone else!

Initially we were disappointed with the outcome. The owner sent his son to clean the carpets and we were told some of the stains couldn't be removed. We consulted with another company that specialized in carpet repair and we were told that the same stains should have been removed by a thorough cleaning. We contacted All Pro again and the owner kindly came over and cleaned the carpets himself. We were very satisfied with the second cleaning.

The technicians arrived and moved through the house together room by room making sure they understood which rooms I wanted cleaned, what furniture I wanted moved, and if there were any stains I wanted removed. They explained the process that they would use to clean my carpet. When they moved the furniture back they placed it up off of the carpet and set it on lifts and explained that not doing so would damage my carpet. Overall I was very impressed with the service and price. I would definitely use All Pro again and have recommended them to friends already.
