The team with All Pro did a great job. They were punctual, friendly, considerate and best of all the carpets look great! We will definitely call them in the future when the carpets need cleaned again.

It went very nicely. The owner of the company came with his son because they have kind of a family business and they were just very accommodating. Their pricing and the quality of their work were very good. They were right on time. They said that they were going to be here at a certain time and they were here. They did a very nice job. I would use them again in the future by all means.

They did a nice job and we're very friendly. The only drawback was they were about an how late for the appointment . I will be using them again.

Very nice and they did a great job. We are potty training a new puppy and will be using All Pro Carpet Cleaning every 6 weeks or so until she is completely trained. They took their time and the carpet looks good as new!

I researched companies for my daughter who needed her carpets cleaned. The toughest things were the pet stains. There was an Angie's List coupon attached to this service for $80. She called them to verify what was covered by the coupon and was told that they would give us the price without purchasing the coupon. They gave her lots of information about what they would do when they arrived. The owner and his counterpart showed up on time, behaved professionally and got out every stain. They did everything they had promised her when she called. She says she would definitely use them again.

They did a great job, were very friendly and professional, and were efficient and got the job done thoroughly but quickly.

My experience was good. They were able to come out a couple days after I purchased the big deal. The carpets look good and they were quick on the job. There were two people here doing the work and scheduling was easy.

Very nice guys. I simply mentioned Angie's List and the owner immediately offered me the Angie list discount. They did a great job and were good to work with. The only reason I rated the quality lower is because of my poor carpets and the end result, not their efforts. We have not had our carpets professionally cleaned in 8 years. They were pretty bad. The carpets look 10 times better after their work, but are pretty worn. The guys went to the efforts of pointing out stains they could not remove and talking about the options (using an iron) to get them out. Overall, I was very impressed and will use them annually once we move to our new house.

It went great they called to say they would be a little late but they were within the time frame of the original call. Not a problem. When they got here they looked at the carpet I showed them the areas that I had a concern with and they pointed out areas that probably wouldn't get cleaned because the previous owner used a rug cleanser that did not work. I had seen the spots before and figured that those would not get resolved. All in all I was very happy with the outcome of the carpet and would use these guys again.

Male called before arrival time and said he was going to be a little late. Male arrived about 15-20 minutes late came in to house explained what he would do and began work did an excellent job even removed a spot that we didn't think would be completely removed by one treatment. Two males were very friendly and answered all questions. Appreciated that they called and said that they would be late.

It went very well. I was impressed with Tim and Jim. they were very pleasant and explained what condition my 1960's ducts were in, which was very interesting.

They were wonderful. Courteous, responsive, and professional. They responded very soon after leaving a mssg and booked an appointment for the very next day because we were in a bind. We'll use them again!

Our geriatric cat went into renal failure and urinated in the basement. The urine had soaked through the carpet pad and into the concrete. We thought we'd have to rip up the carpet, seal the concrete and buy new carpet. He was able to get the smell out! I was amazed!

We were very happy with our experience with All Pro. Carpets came back as promised.

They were good and we didn't have any problem with them. We call them back every six months. Everyone else has their own opinion but I think they are a good company. They did a good job.

They called before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. Showed up on time. And did a great job! I have used them a couple of times, and had all great experiences.

They were extremely professional and helpful, both prior to and during the service. While setting up the appointment they were polite and accommodating, working with our schedule to get the work done. During the performance of the service itself, they were eager to help; moving furniture as needed without a grumble. The only issue we had at all was that they dumped the dirty water from the machine onto the driveway. This wouldn't have been a problem except for a lot of dog hair from the home's previous owners. This should have been picked up, but wasn't. Other than the dog hair, the rest of the experience was superb.
