The service was great. There were very difficult stains that needed to be removed. They kept at it, they were very respectful and professional throughout the whole process. It was a difficult job as well because we had carpeted stairs that they had to take care of. He was very straight forward and professional about all of the pricing.

The gentlemen that cleaned our carpets were very professional and friendly. They even gave us some tips and tricks to use for stain cleaning for the future. They informed us that using a specific brand of carpet spray will actually SET IN the stain. I wish I would have used them earlier so I could have known this.

We had some new carpet installed last year and the company that installed the carpet requires us to have it professionally cleaned once a year. A different company was going to charge us to do a small area of carpet that All Pro charged us to do the entire house. They were on time, professional, and fast. I thought it was going to take all day but it didn't. I didn't time it right because I didn't allow enough time for the carpets to dry before the kids came home. I would use them again in the future.

I called All Pro after reading many positive reports on Angie's List. Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone. When I called him back several days later we set the appointment. Jeff and his assistant arrived promptly. Jeff called first to let know they were on their way. I liked that. Jeff pointed out a couple of stains left from previous owner's furniture. We have been here 4 years and I had never noticed them but Jeff wanted me to be aware of them. He was able to remove one but not the other. I still don't see them, perhaps only as a shadow. He also showed me a couple of little stains he couldn't get out. This man must have xray eyes, neither my husband nor I saw the before he cleaned and we still don't see them! They were very efficient. It looks like new carpet. It wasn't terribly dirty, a few spots here and there. The carpet had been cleaned before we moved in 4 years ago but I hadn't felt it had been a very thorough cleaning. NOW I feel the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned. I feel Jeff is very honest. We discussed Scotch Guarding; Jeff felt it would be a waste of money to Scotch Guard the bedrooms but he Scotch Guarded living room, dining room and entrys to the bedrooms. I am very pleased and highly recommend All Pro Carpet Cleaners!

The carpet looks much better. They even moved the furniture. They were done in about an hour. I will use again.

My call to make an appointment was promptly returned and they were able to come three days later. They were very nice and professional. I explained that I have two small dogs who don't like going outside to pee in the cold weather, so I had some not so pleasant smells in one particular area. They recommended their bio gaurd product specifically for that problem. I also had them add scotch gaurd for future messes. Initially the carpet smelled very fresh and looked very clean, however, two days later, after it had completely dried, the odor was back - and it seemed worse! I'm totally bummed because I thought it was going to help. I'm not sure it's their fault. Maybe the stains are too deep in the padding to clean. But if you have pet smells/urine odors in your house, this probably isn't going to get rid of them.

Purchased a house and wanted it clean before moving in. All Pro was very accommodating to my changing schedule and additional areas I needed cleaned. Quick response. Pleasant. Efficient. Matter-of-fact about the old recliner. Definitely will recommend All Pro to my friends.

We were looking for a reasonably priced carpet cleaner to clean the major areas of our new home to hopefully eliminate the allergy triggers. Our assumption was the house had smokers at some time there and remnants of the smoke was still trapped in the carpet even though it wasn't apparent by smell. I visited with Jeff regarding my concerns and he added special chemicals to kill cigarette smoke and then also gave me the special Angie's list pricing. His price for the stairs was higher than some places that I had contacted, but overall we are very happy with the outcome. Jeff and his helper arrived on time and completed the job within an hour and a half. He cleaned our downstairs family room and bedroom, our livingroom, 2 hallways, stairs, and our master bedroom. The carpet looked and felt so much better and the allergy triggers are gone! We will definitely call Jeff again!!

I thought they were great! I got exactly what I expected at reasonable price.

My carpeting is a little strange, it almost looks like felt. All Pro did a great of cleaning it, and both my carpets and upholstery took brand new. Also, their price was incredibly reasonable. They offered the best bid out all the estimates I received, and they even honored a coupon.

They arrived right on time, but we weren’t totally pleased with their work. For example, the technician didn’t pay attention to edges and base boards. The main areas of our rooms where he focused his work look great, but I was looking for more detail. The price was reasonable, and the employee cleaned after himself well.

I found the reviews for All Pro Carpet Cleaning on Angie's list and having been burned in the past by NOT heeding reviews I decided that wasn't going to happen again. I read through all of the reviews for All Pro and it seemed that everyone that used them were pleased with the results. I called Jeff at All Pro Friday morning to see if I could get an estimate. He did so over the phone and estimated by room number NOT by square footage. I warned him that these were big rooms and he said that didn't matter. He gave me an estimate of $159.00 to do 4 rooms plus 1 hallway and 24 stairs. I asked when they could come out and he said Monday morning. I asked if he cleaned on the weekends as my husband and I work in Lincoln and weekends are more convenient. He said he could come out on Saturday...THE NEXT DAY! I was very pleased as My husband and I would be gone part of the weekend giving the floors ample time to dry. He said he would call between 10am and 11am to let us know he was on his way. He called at 10:08am and was there soon after. They got right to work and were done within an hour. They offer a scotch guard application as well.

These guys were fantastic. They were efficient and professional. The work was outstanding. We had stains from our cats that I did not think would go away, and you can't even tell they were there. We will be using them agian and again.

Jeff and the gentleman with him did a great job on my carpets. One level of my home has older carpet and it came out as beautifully as did the newer carpet on the lower level. They were punctual, took great care, were very efficient, and the price is extremely reasonable. Exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend All Pro, and plan on using them again soon for cleaning upholstered furniture after the Christmas holidays.
