Description of Work: I specifically asked them to call my daughter to be here for the repair and NOT to interrupt me at work. They called me at work and interrupted my session with a client and did not have the number I asked them to call and did not call their office and get the number and did not come to service my machine. With "service" like that I will tell everyone DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Description of Work: My Jenn Air stove had two burners out. It is a glass top stove. Jeff was at the house several times because he was sent the wrong parts and schematics. He did not give up and was able to get my stove working good as new. No additional charges from his original quote.

Description of Work: The serviceman came out to fix our refrigerator that was leaking water. He found a plugged defrost line. He cleaned it out & it works fine now. He also cleaned out the coils at the bottom of the unit. It works fine now.
