It was long and drawn out but , they got it done.

I can't give you all the details. Given that companies sue an individual that provides a poor response I do not want to be in that situation.

On the first visit earlier in Feb 2015, repairman confirmed my suspicion that a water valve was not operating properly. Parts were ordered, and we scheduled the repair. Repairman arrived about an hour early and completed removal and replacement of dishwasher's inlet water valve. The entire process was professionally handled, and we will use this company again.

Tech called ahead as promised and even asked to describe the issue, so he was able to get parts ahead of time. He showed up and the issue was what he expected and he already had the right parts. Even though this was warranty work and I didn't get a choice of service providers, I would certainly use these guys again. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the part quickly and didn't leave behind a mess.

Tech came early, thought this was a good sign. After 30 minutes, he said he did not know how to work on this type of washer. It is a samsung washer. I have him the instruction manual. He kept it after he left. He left saying the part will be in on Friday. Called on friday and they did not have any documentation showing any part being ordered. They will have the tech call us today. No call from the tech. Called on Monday and they say the part will be in on the next Friday. Call on Friday and the part will be in on Monday. Monday comes and they say it will be in later on Monday. They will try to be there this week. Three weeks and still no washer.

We have adopted children with special laundry requirements. When our Kenmore He3 washer broke we HAD TO purchase a replacement washer in order to keep up with the laundry. We wanted All Appliances to pick up the washer and work on it at their shop at their convenience. The last email stated I could drop off the washer at their shop for them to work on it; however there would be a $50 charge for this option. We will NEVER use them to service anything for us. Why do some shops feel they have the customer over a barrel and can charge them whatever they want.

Would highly recommend. They came out the same day I called. Were able to get the part and install it the next day. Very clean and fast service.

The tech from all appliance came out and diagnosed the issue replaced the part and offered helpful hints on how to get the most out of the dishwasher

We called Monday afternoon and our service was done by 12:30 pm on Tuesday. He showed up on time, notified us he was on his way. Polite, uniform and truck identifying who he was, nice to the dog and cleaned up after himself. Happy with the repair and the price. Definitely will call again. He explained nicely the problem with dishwasher, how he fixed it and how to prevent it in the future. He also provides the phone numbers of where we could order a new silverware rack.

We believe it's a Jenn Air Range design flaw not an All Appliance issue.

Replaced valve controller in refrigerator that was leaking. The job was done quickly and fixed the problem. They were very prompt and friendly.

Washing machine problems were not diagnosed correctly. My washer died the day after the part was installed. It took quite awhile to get ahold of financial person (8 phone calls). Did receive reimbursement for price of new part, but not for labor. People were friendly, but very hard to get in touch with correct person. Frustrating experience for me.

The only complaint I have is that, when I called to set up the repair, I was told that the service person would call prior to arriving at my home. He did call about 10 minutes before arriving. It would have been more convenient for me if All Appliance would have given me a "window of time" estimate of when they would arrive.

Called All Appliance Service on 07/06/13 & requested that my machine be repaired. The lady I spoke with said they would order the parts and call back when received. Received call on 07/11/13 from Phil that the parts were in & when would I like to schedule the repair. I asked if today (07/11/13) would work; he said no, understandably. I asked if they did Saturday service; he said no. I told Phil I was starting a new job on 07/12/13 and wouldn't be able to take time from work. Phil asked if I wanted to call him when I had some time off. I said, "That will be months (from now)." I then asked if it would it be possible for a tech to come over next week before I left for work and I would let the tech in. Phil said that would work. I asked when the earliest a tech could arrive was; Phil said around 8:30. I told him I had to leave the house by 7:30. He said they don't start work that early. I said, ?Okay, thanks? and hung up. Phil called right back and said he wasn't done speaking with me and wanted to tell me he'd have to charge me a service charge. I responded, "I'm sorry you don't want to work at 7:30, but you need to work with me." Phil responded, "I'm not working at 7:30." I hung up. Later that day I found out my job start date was moved to 07/15/13, so I thought I'd call AAS back and at least ask if there were any openings on 07/12/13. As I assumed, there were no openings on 07/12/13. I said, "Okay, then, can I get back to you next week and we can set up a lunchtime appointment?" Phil chuckled and responded, "I'm sorry if it seems like we're hard to work with, but we don't do lunchtime scheduling." I responded, "You are hard to work with." He said they don't make lunchtime appointments because they don?t know where they?re going to be and when they?ll be done and probably no one would show up anyway. I responded, "You must have a lot of customers... I mean you must not need the business." He said, "No, we do need the business." I said, "I'm really trying to work with you, but I can't work with your hours." He said he couldn't help. I said, "Okay, then, I guess we're done." He said, "Do you want to cancel this order then?" I said yes. By the way, I just read this on their website under "Hours of Operation": Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

4 July my refrigerator stopped working properly. Searched AngiesList. Chose this company. Visited their website to request an appointment using their on-line request form. Did not expect to here from them until Friday or Saturday, Monday at the latest. No response. Called their 402-553-0900 number on Tuesday. Left voice message with my home phone and cell phone number. As of Wednesday at 3:52 PM I have still not been contacted. I have contacted Andy's Appliance Repair and they will visit on Monday the 15th of July.

They were great. Actually it was a service call and what I liked about them was how prompt they were. I paid them $200 together with the payment for the part replacement.

After reading the positive reviews on All Appliance, I called and made a service call for them to come out and see what the problem was on our icemaker not making ice. Gary came and took out the non-working icemaker and told us that it is not repairable. And that for the cost of labor and the icemaker, it would be worth our while to possibly look into purchasing a new refrigerator. As we relocated from Indiana, I did not know who to call and with Gary being honest with us proved that this is a company that won't give you bad advice or repair something that costs a lot. He only charged for the service call. He also looked at our dishwasher on his way out and he said the door is bent, which is why it won't go all the way down, and there is a white film throughout on the stainless steel and I have tried everything to get rid of it. So we decided on purchasing a new dishwasher and refrigerator in stainless steel rather than the white that isn't my style. I highly recommend All Appliance Service for appliance service.

The first service two years ago I had called specifically for the washer but realized the dryer issue the day the technician s already scheduled to come. The technician complained how many customers try to add on repairs when he shows up. Inevitably he didn't look at the dryer until the next time he was there (after parts had been ordered and received) which then caused him to have to come back yet another time after those parts were ordered and received. All in all my appliances were repaired. Two years later my washer would not go into high spin speeds. I again called All Appliance since my issues were successfully resolved in the past. unfortunately I got the same technician who's demeanor rekindled my memory of how unfriendly the guy was. He unclogged the drain line which solved the problem. I appreciate that he showed me why the problem happened so that I could work to prevent it in the future, but not without making me feel like a dumb teenager (even though I'm a 30ish mother of two). He was at my house no more than15 minutes, took about $107 for the service and was gone. After getting help these three issues, although successfully repaired, I'd like to find a service provider that could act a little more neighborly in not only their fees but also in their tone of voice.

The job required 2 visits, one to diagnose the problem and the second to replace the part. Everything went smoothly.

All Appliance Service came when they said they were going to and they worked quickly.

They were excellent. I think their price was also reasonable. They were responsive and made an appointment that was convenient for me. They showed me what the problem was and I was satisfied with their service.

Very prompt and professional and did a great job. I thought their prices was very fair. I would call them back for future repairs.

Steve, the technician, arrived when promised, did an excellent and quick job of diagnosing the problem and repairing the dryer. The chest freezer could not be fixed due to a part no longer being available.

Just great..will have again if the need arises.

He was very helpful as they were giving me the service they agreed to. He gave me some good recommendations because my washer was beyond repair. He was very professional and, actually, got the washer working although he told me it would be temporary. The repair man gave me some suggestions, because of where the washer was located, as to what I might want to look into. He was very honest with me and I was satisfied with his price.
