Description of Work: Service call due to refrigerator not cooling well. Technician troubleshot problem extensively and determined that there was a leak in the sealed system. He was not equipped to fix that problem, but recommended a place that could. Since he couldn't fix the problem there was no charge for the service call. I was stunned - that is true customer service!

Description of Work: I had a frost-free freezer full of frost. Kevin leveled the fridge so freezer door closes correctly. I did have to leave fridge off for 24 hours to get rid of moisture behind unit. Kevin explained how that was causing the problem and charged me the minimum for service call. Very helpful.

Description of Work: The came to fix my dryer, and said it was a known issue with the cord on my Maytag Bravo. He replaced it. It still did not work. They came back and replaced the mother board and this still did not fix it. He asked me to email him the video of what it was doing when it would shut off after working for just a short while. I did send him the email with the short video and then called several times to follow up. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. At first they were so nice and the owner is the one who came out the second time, I thought he was great, but I am so frustrated that no one ever returned my calls and no one has come back out to try and fix the issue. We have not called another repair place as we will have to pay another service charge so we are considering buying a new dryer. Even though the one I have is only 7 years old, putting any more money into it will cost more than the original cost of the machine. I wish they would have called me back even if it was to say they didn't know what to do.

Description of Work: I called them because my washer would only agitate intermittently. They came out and had the problem (just a loose screw) diagnosed and fixed within two minutes. The service tech was kind enough to offer to show me what was wrong so I could fix it myself in the future, and he did a good job of teaching.

+ -1 moreHe told me that the repair that would be needed would cost enough that it would probably make more sense to get a new dishwasher. I think he did a good job. As I recall, the repair person that came out was nice and professional. I took his advice regarding a new dishwasher.

My home warranty company was trying to order a part that no longer is made, but All Appliance did a more thorough identification process (spoke directly with Thermador about error code) and determined only one, readily available part was needed. Very professional, quick appointments, and reasonably priced for two labor visits plus parts

+ -1 moreThe repair man was very polite and honest. It would have cost approx. Two hundred to three hundred dollars to repair, and he said it probably wasn't worth it verses the value of just purchasing a new one.
Description of Work: The repair man came out and looked at the problem on my refrigerator and didn't have the parts. He called me back with an estimate, and we decided to replace the fridge instead of do the repairs.

I had needed my dryer repaired that stopped drying and my refrigerator would not keep things cool anymore. They sent someone out and he showed up on time. He was very kind and he even showed us exactly what was wrong with both appliances. We have had absolutely no problems with either appliance since they did the repair jobs.
Description of Work: I had All Appliance Service replace the thermostat in my full size gas dryer and install a new cooling dial in my refrigerator.

+ -1 moreIt turned out to be a clogged line where the ice was dispensed out so he replaced the line with a larger line and he tested it to make sure it was going to work before he left. My ice maker worked fine ever since and was still under warranty.

It has been fine ever since. The guy was very good and did a good job. I have no complaints about them as they run a good appliance business here in town.
