We had a late start because of the weather but once the snow cleared and the work began, everything went quickly and efficiently. The workmen were polite and considerate -- they took special care to see that our little dog didn't get out of the yard, for example. When I had concerns and/or questions, they were answered promptly and satisfactorily. When they finished they left the yard spic and span (although there was, necessarily, quite a lot of clutter while the work was being done). We are more than satisfied with every aspect of the project and give our highest recommendation for the company.

Our experience was overall very pleasant. Steve Albracht was not pushy or aggressive yet responsive. His team lead by a fella named Jared were very thorough, accurate, professional, and friendly. My 4 yr old son was very impressed too. He wants to grow a beard like the window guys so he can keep his face warm too.

WOW!!! I can't say enough good things about this company. Every step of the way they were easy to work with. And their prices beat other companies even with the additional work they performed. If we had a question they would stop what they were doing and give us their full attention. I have some big trust issues, especially after we were taken to the cleaners by Dan Witt. Our siding was only 10 years old and it was failing all over the house. Steve Albracht made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. His crew even fixed some problems on the roof that weren't on the contract......because they needed fixed. Our old decks didn't meet code, so they they built new ones which met code and were more beautiful than we expected. It's not just the big things they did for us, but the little things that really made a big impact on how we felt before, during, and after the job. I trust this company so much that the next time we need something fixed or done on the house they will be the ones I call. This company is the real deal. Steve and his crew were the best. AAA++++ rating!!

The gutters in the front are second-story, under many large trees. Increasing the size, and the leafproofing, should keep them clear. I shall not really know until the Fall! The gutter in the rear is a special problem. It usually clogs up with gingko and oak leaves, and in addition it has to accommodate extra water flow from a gable. It has overflowed for years, and in heavy storms water would cascade down the side of the house. The diverter seems to help this. The roof developed a leak, and has done so before. The gutter overflowed again after the initial work. Tom Albracht himself and the crew came out twice for no extra charge to realign the gutter to an even greater slope, and to investigate the leak and try to identify the cause. They moved the diverter. Now the gutter seems to work fine in heavy rain. In a 3" storm there is still a leak into our bedroom ceiling but from its placement I believe the problem is the roof, not the gutter. Tom himself and all the crew are professional and have worked hard to satisfy us. I highly recommend them.

I've talked to several people and he seems to be the most knowledgeable. I will probably use him if I have the work done in the next year. The person was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him. I liked his delivery and his quote was in the ballpark.

I met owner Tom at Omaha home show, He offered a quick home visit and has a high quality product at a fair price. Installation and clean up were excellant.

They were the only bid I got, the price seemed reasonable, and they were delayed a little bit, but they kept in touch and kept me informed. I had gotten their name from a previous report on Angie's List, I just didn't know anyone who had recently got new gutters. They did the project in one day and were very polite and professional. It went well, I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

They have been great from start to finish. I started working with Albracht Perma-Siding ten years ago when we bought a true "fixer upper." Initially they replaced 27 "openings" in our house - doors and window. They put in two doors where there had only been windows. I love my windows and doors! Next they replaced all of our gutters. A couple of years later, they residing our home with vinyl siding no more painting! Two years ago, they were able to install Leaf Proof, so that we don't have to clean our gutters any more. And last, but not least, they removed our old, rotting wooden deck and replaced it with a maintenance free deck. I cannot say enough about this super company. I've referred dozens of friends and family to this high class outfit. They are competitively priced on everything they do - but the service is unmatched. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

My wife and I didn t have any complaints, just compliments with Perma Side. They really did a great job on our home and we were so happy with the end results. They also did a fantastic job on our new entry door.

They had a very professional company. They used their own guys to do the work rather than contracting it our. I liked that. The wind blew off a piece of the fascia board and they came right out to fix it at no cost to us. They also left me some extra pieces to help me with another project I had coming up.

They evaluated the job and they re-did my complete home. It took them about two to three days to complete and they hauled the old windows away as part of the total cost. The windows fit perfect and I don't have any complaints. We didn t have to have anything redone. I couldn t remember the price of the windows.

I didn t even realize it was such a thing as a gutter guard until I watched a commercial on TV. It was a great idea because we were surrounded by really big trees and when the leaves fell off they were everywhere. It was one of the best ideas we have had in a while.
