Description of Work: I have used this company in the past for annual heating and air check ups. The last time they were here for said service, the service tech told me that a particular part needed replaced. And that the blower motor needed replaced because of a "sound" it was making. He said, with the cost of those parts you might as well replace the entire furnace. "I would hate to have my blower motor go out during Thanksgiving dinner" he had said. After speaking with a salesperson on his phone, whom he readily called, and seemed very anxious to sell me a new furnace the next day, I told them I would make a decision the following day. I decided to wait and not purchase the new furnace or replace the parts the tech said needed replaced. It's been almost two years since the service call and, my blower motor is till working. I will never use Aksarben HVAC because I feel they are looking to sell products instead of just take care of the needed repairs.

I was satisfied with their services just for the fact that they were prompt and responsive. They adequately did an appropriate job of exploring the problem and solving it. They took the proper techniques in installing the new heat pump and did an excellent job at explaining the situation.

I was happy that my refrigerator was working again. He did a good job and he was very fast and efficient. He showed up at the time and when he was done, he cleaned up any mess that he made. Before he left, he reassured me that my refrigerator would work for years to come.

The service people are excellent and knowledgeable and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing and why. They were prompt and courteous and didn't charge too much.

We felt that we received quality service from this company in which weve used over the years. They were very respectful and professionalism was obviously shown. They did a good job in cleaning up after themselves. They did a great job.

They gave me a time when a guy would come out and he showed up right on time. He was very neat and clean and carried himself well. That made us feel more comfortable with having him in our home. He was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem. He explained what needed to be done and we agreed to go ahead with the work.

This service provider is great and they usually come right out. The guy that comes is very knowledgeable and professional. I'm impressed that they not only fix what is wrong, but do a complete safety test on all parts. I feel very secured when they are done and my air works great.
Description of Work: The heater and air conditioner were acting up so I had it serviced. It needed a sail switch and humidifier pad replaced. The mechanic did a complete maintenance check while he was here.

They did a real good job, they explained what they were doing and what they found out with our unit. The service people they sent were very professional and polite. I liked how trustworthy and honest they were. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and I felt comfortable with them in my home.
