arrived late but they called first. After reviewing suggested other changes we did not ask for - we declined. Took a little longer than previous plumber did and cost more.

We had a leaking water heater, so we called to have it looked at. They were able to come out the same day. The service man was prompt and took a quick look and determined that it would need to be replaced. He was able to go pick up a new one and was back within the hour. He had to come back to take away the old one since it was still full of water and we had to drain that for several days. I received a call after the service just to check in and make sure I was happy with the service I received. I would call them again.

The plumber arrived promplty and described the problem and repair options in detail. After the repair the toilet feels very solid and does not rock.

The plumber showed up promptly at 10 on a Saturday morning. I had called to request the service at about 8:30 that morning. He asked me to explain the problem and then did a walk around the house checking all the drains especially the area in the basement under the drain in question. Then he gave me an estimate and started working. After he was done he ran a lot of water down the drain to make sure it was working and checked the basement area under the sink again. He also cleaned up before he left.

I had two projects that were addressed with one call: a basement wet bar rough-in (drain, hot, cold) and a water softener installation. The plumber was very knowledgeable and quickly did both installations. The quality of work was better than I expected. He was careful to use the minimum amount of copper piping, and run all the supply and drain lines neatly.

Upon arriving home from work the evening of Christmas Eve, the furnace had stopped working and the house was very cold. A technician returned the phone call within minutes and arrived at the home shortly thereafter. He was very courteous and solved the problem quickly and completely. Of course, there was an after-hours/holiday charge, which we were happy to pay. The owner of the home paid with a credit card over the phone, so the coupon was not physically available. He recommended that I call the office, which I did the next business day. They asked me to mail the coupon and credited the credit card account promptly when it was received. I will certainly use this company again when the need arises.

Needed three things looked at and hopefully fixed. The plumber (Steve) did an excellent job repairing what he could in very little time while being sure to tell us what the problems were. On-time, professional, friendly and responsive. After some previous shady deals with other plumbers in Omaha, this company has become my only choice. I had even told the person on the phone that this was not an emergency and they had someone there within a day anyway. Excellent service.

We called to have the hot water heater fixed in our house in Omaha. We live in Kansas City, and they worked with us over the phone to schedule the work. They came immediately and verified the estimate over the phone before proceeding. Great to work with and we will definitely use them again.

Aksarben came to my home hook up my gas range, I was told via phone It would cost $75.00 for the service call also that it would apply to overall bill, however after inspection I was given an estimate of $90.00 per hour and told it would take 2 hrs to complete. He said he'd be right back, I thought he was going to the car but he had left, and an hour later I found he had gone to get the tools to work on my range, he stated they do not carry the tools around with them because they don't know what they will need until they see the job. He informed me the total cost would be now $296.00 he could not! Quote a full price until he purchase the items need to attach the range he also inform me that the price includes the hour he was gone away from my house this concerned me I feel if they leave your house and you're being charged while they are gone you should given this information when you call for their services. I called and spoke with a manager today and he verified it is true when they leave to get parts you are charged I asked if he was gone for two hours if I would have been charged $180.00 and I was told yes so I asked what if he was gone three hours he stated yeah! But they tin to keep their trips under two hours. I feel they have a truck to carry parts in understanding a few times they the may need to get parts but basic things they should have on board and if not it should not! Be at the customer expense. Things he bought back was 20' feet of pipe (flexible tube ) $60.00. One 1/2 gas Valve: $10.00, two 1/2 adaptor: $10.00, one Appliance converter or meter not! sure $22.00 one 1/2 tee 4.00, $10.00 taxes (very small peices), equalling $106.00 for a total of $296.00. I don't pretend to know how to run and business however when you are charged $75.00 for service charges and you decide not! To use their services you are still liable for the $75.00 you should be given up front information full disclosure to what it's going to cost you are including parts and labor (perhaps after seeing what parts are needed they can call in and get the prices for the customers either way you're already $75.00 in the hole. As I stated before I spoke with a manager whom seemed very understanding and stated he will bring my concerns up at one of their meetings. Things are tuff all over we need to always' have a choice to know what we are going to be charge before we are obligated. What have I learned from this experience any thing can happen once you've agreed to the service charge. Free estimate or a lower service charge may be the way to go...he did a good job the price was OK my point is if I'm to pay for services after someone leave my home and I'm paying until they return I'd like to know it before I obligate $75.00 that's a weeks wort of gas. Just one woman's opinion.

Good experience. They were on time, nice and did a great job. Plus, they knew what they were doing and even gave me a couple of tips for easy clean up for the water in the basement. Very nice.

Prompt and helpful. Explained the estimate clearly. No games (trying to talk me into a furnace or running down other products, etc). Good, solid job.

We had a toilet that would run throughout the day. I called this company at 4pm and they arrived by 5pm. Their plumber said the problem was a hose that was too long, so he cut it with a pair of scissors. The entire thing took about 90 seconds. I was then charged a "mandatory $75 trip fee." I'm happy that the toilet was fixed, and that it was a simple problem. But I'm grumpy that I had to pay $75 for a guy to spend less than 2 minutes at my house.

They are very good and do high quality work. They are prompt and very knowledgeable. They are very affordable. They helped us fix every one of our problems.

They came in thinking what I was thinking - needing freon. Turns out it needed a new motor. It was in his truck, pulled out the old and replaced with a new one. It worked fine. He gave me a few tips to improve performance and was on his way.

Excellent. Marcus called to say he could come early. He was courteous, knowledgeable, considerate of my pets and my floor. Marcus was efficient but took the time to answer my questions. He checked and tested my furnace and air conditioner both indoors and the compressor outdoors.

I was informed by the technician that the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, and that it would need to be replaced at a cost of $1700. Since the PM was done on a Friday, I was told that replacement could not be done until at least Monday. The technician told me he had to turn off the furnace and gas line (carbon monoxide risk), and that he hoped it would not get too cold for us that weekend! So my family and I were left without heat, and the prospect of replacing an expensive part on an old furnace. I did some research on the internet and determined that my best option was to replace the entire furnace rather than repairing it. My complaint is that this scenario occurred with this same company earlier this summer with the A/C: charging me to repair something on a unit that needed total replacement, so I ended up bearing both costs. Also, waiting a month for routine service is not acceptable.

The house we bought last week had been vacant for 20 years and reconditioned by a contractor. I called Aksarben ARS because the bathtub had standing water and the toilet bubbled when water went down the sink drain. I also wanted the hose bibs replaced on the washer connections. Within an hour, they sent a plumber and a drain cleaner. The plumber, Doug, replaced the hose bibs and gave me advice on what to expect since the house had been vacant for 20 years. He also answered questions I had about several other plumbing matters. The drain cleaner, Bill, determined that the drain was clogged in the main drain and "snaked" it out for 100 feet. There were several obstructions. Both men were courteous, professional, and efficient. I felt comfortable having them working in my house. The estimates from both of them were very close to the final cost. They both cleaned up after their work.

I wish I had asked about the cost for the water pressure regulator. They entire time was 20 minutes and $300+ seems like a lot of money for such a short time however I'm not suggesting that they overcharged me, only that I had a clearer idea of the expense.

It was very quick, he was probably done in 15-20 minutes.

I had a guy come out and service my furnace, when it died on me. He was both professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem for about $300. Aksarben now services my furnace and air conditioner yearly. They called me and asked when I wanted to schedule service. I liked that! Only drawback with them is they are hinting about me replacing my 13 year old unit with a new one pretty soon. I told them my last furnace lasted 40 years! They tell me, this one will not. We, will see.

When I turned on the water in the back of my house for the first time this spring, I had no water pressure & there was water running down the side of my house. I turned off the water and checked inside but luckily there was no water inside my house. I had a coupon so I called Aksarben & they came out the next business day at approximately 6 p.m. which was handy since I didnt want to take off work. The plumber let me know that the pipe that ran under the floor of the overhang on my raised ranch had frozen & burst. He replaced it, removed the wet insulation and gave me some good advice about how to prevent it from freezing in the future. He also showed me the pipe with the hole in it. He was a nice guy & I was happy with the work that was performed. I would call them again, especially since they have "after work" appointments.

I received an estimate for some plumbing work I was considering having done on the house. I called on a Saturday morning and 2 hours later someone was already at the house! Very polite and prompt service. We opted not to have the work done...not because of the plumbing service - they were great...but because the work involved more construction than we were willing to undertake.

The workers and the executive of the company very polite and knowledgeable. They talked with me about my options.

A+ service - well call AkSarBen again.

The man that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very up front with me, as I couldn t ask for a nicer guy. I would for sure call him again. He didn t even charge me to get my sink unclogged, just the time and parts it took to get my toilet fixed.
