It’s a family owned company here in town. I am single, 44 and I own a house. These guys haven’t messed up with me like the others. They treated me like they would have treated their wife with respect. They are honest. The last technician who came out and serviced my air conditioner went through the whole thing of how I could do simple maintenance at home. He showed me exactly how to do it. I asked him to wait since I was taking notes and he said that he got time. He was simply amazing. It was about me and not their pocket book. It was just fantastic. You can buy their two-visit plan for the year where they come out to check the heating and the air conditioning for like $180 or $190. So, that’s what I normally do. A couple of years ago, my furnace blew the day before Valentines Day. So, I called them up and the guy came out. I had actually done business with them at a client’s house. That’s how I ran into them and the guy was really nice to me at the client’s house. I asked him to stop talking and fix the furnace. The guys that came out to install were very nice, polite, clean, friendly and professional. They were just mind blowing. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The price is burned deep into my conscientiousness because I am a cheap Swedish Norwegian. They did a really good job. They have Lennox and Trane both. They talked to me about the features of both. We ended up with a Lennox. I think the Trane might have been a bit more efficient over a long period but in the short-term quite a bit more expensive. When I was surprised with a $12,000 heating and air conditioning bill, there are some of us out there that have to sacrifice some things that we would like to have for some things that we are willing to pay for. I would hire them again but I hope not to hire them for another 20 years, but they would be the first people that I would call.

Came out gave us estimate and then came out next day and did the work. Very professional and dollar amount owed was exactly as estimate stated. Very pleased with their service. Will certainly be using them again. Two days start to finish.

I was surprised that the Warranty work on replacing a1-1/2 year old fan motor did not include labor costs. The fan price was $400.00+ that's all that was covered. Labor and environmental - disposal charge ran $250.00. The tech called his supplier and got a new fan motor; installing it with no problems.

They are very responsive. When you call them first time, they answer. They keep all the records, so that when you call them second time, you don’t have to give them all the information. They give you a lot of options when scheduling your time. I would use them in the future.

Terrible. When I made the appointment, I was told there is a $75 service call fee for coming out. I asked the agent how much it would cost to have the faucet installed, she said that I would have to wait to get an estimate when the technician arrived because they "price it by the job." When the tech arrived (late), he said that installing a customer supplied faucet is a set price in "the book." He added that the lady who made the appointment may not have had a copy of "the book" because I called early in the morning (7:15 am). Either way I was obligated to pay $75. My complaint is that had I been informed of the SET PRICE of installing a "customer supplied faucet," I would have kindly thanked the woman and not have made an appointment. Because she misled me to believe that there could be a variation in price, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment and had the work done (mainly because I had to pay him $75 for essentially nothing if he didn't do the work).

A salesman was at my house to give an estimate within hours of my call, and they began work the next morning. Before they replaced our furnace, they explained everything they would do in detail, in language I could understand. They were finished by 5 pm the same day. In all, there were only 36 hours between the time I called and the time they were finished. Prices were comparable to other companies. Everyone was very professional. The work was done well, and the heat works great! The warranties and free service they provided were excellent, as well.

Our a/c broke so we called for service/diagnosis. The technician came out and told us the compressor had died and said we could get a new compressor or a new system. For a new system we would need to have a salesman come out to discuss our options. The salesman quickly came out three hours later and evaluated our house and made recommendations for the new unit. There was a sales pitch with one or two traditional type sales tactics thrown in so I certainly appreciated the fact that my wife used to work in the industry and really knew the right questions to ask. Overall the sales pitch wasn't too bad. A day later we made our decision and called for an installation which was scheduled a short 24 hours later. The installation went without a hitch and was done in about 5-6 hours. They were quick and professional. The price was neither a bargain nor a ripoff. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I called AKsarben and booked the first appointment for Thursday, August 19, 2010 to have our air conditioner serviced. Our air conditioner runs, but does not cool the house. I specifically asked for first appointment, because my husband stayed home from work to be here when they arrived. Since we promised the first appointment, I decided to call around 8:25 a.m. to inquire why they were not here yet. Customer service (who was nice) told me they didn't have us down for an appointment this morning. I told her I called yesterday and asked for the first appointment. After putting me on hold, she came back and said she sees they JUST got the order from corporate. What? So my husband went to work late for NOTHING! I told her I would call another company. She offered me a discount and I declined. I want to work with a company who knows the time of their appointments. I would not try to use this company again.

Job went just fine. Crew did a good job removing old equipment and cleaning up after themselves. Installation looks very professional and the new heater works great.

They were quick to respond, professional, and friendly. I haven't done anything with them yet, but up until this point, they have been reliable. They were on time, courteous, and friendly. They also gave me some other helpful suggestions, and I genuinely like them. I will most likely use them.

The technician found no problem with our system except our own user error. So he took the time to teach us about our heat pump and patiently answered all questions we had. We feel the cost was worth the hands-on education.

They did a good job. They also gave me information about how much longer the water heater would last. I would use them again.

One Aksarben tech came to the house and began with the same general steps taken by other companies. At first, he was as stymied as the others. After a bit, he called for a supervisor who joined him. At one point they stopped looking at the drain where the backups showed up, and instead put a camera down through a toilet drain far from the apparent source of the problem. Soon the camera showed the problem to be just out of sight from other angles. They corrected the offending spot and the flooding has disappeared. The tech and his supervisor were very helpful, very professional, and it seemed they would not quit until they found the problem. They made us very happy.

They ended up costing me a lot of money. They were incompetent and they admitted as much.

The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am, and I received a call telling me that the tech was on his way at 8:41 am. Lisa, the phone contact, apologized politely and said that their team had just finished a meeting. I have to wonder about the management logic of a service company that holds meetings that make their technicians late! The tech, Rick, was pleasant and professional, got along well with my dog and cat, and kept everything clean as he worked. He also did a brief inspection of all the home's exposed plumbing and gave me a sales pitch for a few things that may need doing in the future, but he did not pressure me.

The work cost me $660. They came out promptly and took care of the problem immediately. The experience was fine. I had no complaints with them. When they came out to repair the furnace, they came out within a short time and did the work. The furnace was fixed. I have no source of comparison for their prices. I will use them again in the future.

They came out and had a reasonable quote. They fixed the sprinkler system quickly and it's worked ever since. They had very knowledgeable technicians. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable. I have had all good experiences with them. The contract plan was $130 a year. I will continue to use them.

While we don't like spending that much money, we felt it was a fair price for the work done. No complaints and we plan to use them again in the future.

Aksarben came out and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes by installing a new p-trap. The plumber that came out was polite, friendly, and made sure to inform me of what he had to do every step of the way. Although I think the price to fix this was a bit high, I feel that I paid for what I got in the service and promptness of Aksarben compared to other companies I have delt with in the past.

Their prices are considerably higher and they are kind of a machine. They have a lots and lots of people taking calls and so on. When I was using them they did a good job for me, but, I was not happy with their price. We bought a new furnace and air conditioner from a different company, so, we continued with the other company for the servicing also. Aksarben does a lot of pro-active marketing and you might get a different technician each time.

When I called this company I was told it would cost $75, I was not told that would just be the price to come out and give only an estimate. As it turned out when I had the work done the price was $95 plus parts totaling up to $130.00 but I had the Angie's List coupon so it was $119. Very unhappy with this experience.

Aksarben was quick to respond to our service call and to send out a salesman to discuss new systems. There was miscommunication between the saleman and installer. We were told it would be one day to install, but it was two. The workers were generally professional. The new furnace works well, although maybe not as well as the salesman said.

The person who came out was nice and professional and knew what he was doing. He was also responsive and punctual.
