Description of Work: Had a service contract with them. Repairs were exorbitantly expensive. Also not sure suggested repairs were necessary.

Description of Work: Came on time. Quoted a price which didn't change - a good thing. Installed the water heater when they said they would, and did a professional job that impressed the building inspector who reviewed their work. |This was a well done job for an acceptable price.

Description of Work: I have been with them for a long time. They have replaced the furnace and AC and they come out every spring and fall. We had trouble once when we were away; we called them and they figured out what the problem was and they paid for everything! They responded very well and I wished I could give them an A++.

Description of Work: I had them check my ac unit because it seemed to hard start during the summer. Because it was cold that day they didn't want to actually start the outside unit, they checked the capacitor bur didn't do any more.

Description of Work: Air conditioner check up. Spent quite a lot of time; thorough check; no extra charges -completely covered by service contract. We have used them for over five years for plumbing, heating and air conditioning and have been satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Replaced fan motor. Very professional and timely service. update....had a tech perform AC tune up a few days later. Cost $300 and have had problems weekly ever since. When I contacted the 'service manager' it took 4 phone calls and 7 days before a returned call. Still undecided as to if I would recommend them. AC still broken. Very frustrated!!

Description of Work: Had a special deal for a furnace check up. I was told I had a leak in a exchanger? and needed a new furnace based on some type of spray test. I ran into a friend that suggested another company and I called them. This other company came out and used a camera scope to check all exchangers. They did not see any cracks nor did I when looking at it. This other company check for Carbon Monoxide in the unit and in vents in the house and it did not register any. My furnace is older and I will replace it eventually but not through ARS unless they become more competative. The difference in the price of the unit which appeared comparing apples to apples was over $1200.00 but was a different brand.

Description of Work: Appointment was set between 5pm and 7pm. They arrived at 2pm and left a tag on the door. When we got home, we called and was told that they don't make appointments past 3pm for water heaters....well they did!!! Anyway, a technician came out around 4:30/5:00 and quickly determined the problem and luckily had the part on his truck to replace the defective part. As it was still covered under warranty most of the cost was absorbed. Overall, mission accomplished!!! Just need to provide better training for the people who set the appointments.

Description of Work: They've done both AC and Plumbing. We had them root out a water line. They stopped up the water line. The price was high but they do good work and we are pleased.
