ADT does a great job of monitoring our home security system. At their request, we set the alarm off on purpose so we can see how quick their response time is. So far setting it off on purpose is the only time that we have used it. We feel very safe.

When they installed the system, I had to help them find the spot where they could drill, and in six months, they still haven't provided me with a portable keypad for me to be able to set it with. We haven't had any false alarms. After the contract expires, I'll probably switch.

I would recommend ADT Security Services because I feel I can trust that their services are effective. We set the alarm off once by accident and they were quick to call and confirm that there were no actual problems. We felt were happy with their service guys too.

We have used ADT for years and with it being already installed in the home it really saved us a lot of money. We felt very secure in our home with them monitoring it for us. We have always been happy with their service.

I feel safe at home and when I am away from home. I feel comfortable with them monitoring our system knowing that they will quickly respond. I was happy with them and I haven't had any problems. I am not really comfortable talking about my alarm system and therefore I do want to give a price.

ADT does a good job of monitoring in our home alarm system. We have not had any false alarms with them. They are linked to our local fire, police, and ambulance departments. They do not offer in home maintenance.

They have monitored our home not only here, but when we were living in two other states as well. They have always made us feel secure about our home even when we were out of town, which is often. We tested their response time and their response time was amazing.

We really appreciated the break that we received on our home security system. The installation was not very long at all and they did a great job of showing us the proper steps in programming, setting it off, and deprogramming our system. We haven't had to use it, but we were happy with it.

When they came out the to set up whatever it was they had to do, they sat down and explained how everything worked and also gave me stickers to put in the yard so everyone could see that my house was being monitored which I really liked.

We had a problem with a couple of faulty alarms because there was something wrong with our unit. They were not punctual returning our calls about the problem. My husband had to call and check up on them. They contract the work out that is probably the problem. They took a long time to get an instruction book to us as the one they had given us was a photo copy and it was all marked up. They do good monitoring and that gives us peace of mind that is why we will continue to use their services.

I was really surprised with how quickly ADT Security Services responded. I have to remember to turn it off or they will call my neighbor and the local police department very fast. That makes me feel safe at home sleeping or while I am away from home. As long as they are on the job, I don't have to worry. I like the price for their quality of work.
