We've been using them for about 1 1/2 years. They are okay. We have no complaints. We pay $35 or $40 a month for the service.

We have used ADT for about 18 months. They came and put it in. They were very professional. We had no problems what so ever. We haven't had to have them come back, because we haven't had any problems. They are worth it, I feel safe.

Was a bit rocky of a start in the beginning. Original estimator with whom I scheduled an appointment with never showed up. When I called the company they could not help me because their computers were down. When everything was straightened out, they sales person came out and took care of us. They gave us a discount for the hassles that we went through.

The service is exceptional as we have never had a problem with it failing and we really like the customer service department. They call anytime there is a breach in the alarm system and the price we have with them is ideal for our budget.

We feel very secure knowing the people from Brinks are watching over our home. The customer service department there is exceptional and we have never had a problem with the alarm system they monitor. We are also very happy with the price they give us per month.

When I did use ADT I thought they were really good. I did not have a single complaint with them at all. The only reason I did switch companies was because they did not offer some of the stuff that I had wanted. When using them, I did feel safe and I probably would hire them again for one of my other homes. They are not a bad company at all.

ADT did a very good job installing our system and the monthly charge includes the installation. A realtor set off the alarm once since we were thinking of selling our home and the police department came instantly.

We have never had any problems with ADT at all. They are easy to work with, they communicate effectively with us as customers and I feel that they are a company with morals, values, and ethics. We have never had any difficulties with their employees. I feel that the employees represent the company in a manner that they would appreciate and we feel that their prices are fair.

They made sure we knew where everything was installed and we knew how it worked. They were very friendly and they have always come out right away if there was a problem with our system. They really knew their systems and they were careful when they were around my home.

ADT Security Services failed to call the fire department or our home when a fire started in our home. All I could do was sit and watch my home burn. When I checked with the fire department records, ADT had never called the fire in. We felt this service was a waste because what is the point in paying for a monitoring service if it doesn't monitor.

They came to the house and spent a small amount of time here. They were in and out in no time. They did a very good job and they have really good services. They were all very respectful and polite.

For all the time we have been using ADT to monitor our home alarm system, we have never had a false alarm or a break-in. The system is very easy to use which we really like as well. We have never needed any in home maintenance, but if you do it is an additional cost.

We have lost confidence completely in the system, and I would like to change monitoring providers. We have had false alarms, and sometimes they would respond, and sometimes they wouldn t. One person told us that our service connection was broken for months, and another person told us that wasn t the case. If we could depend on their services, the price would be well worth it.

We have used their services for a few years now and haven't had any kind of problems so that in itself tells me that they had a good reputation. We were pleased with their services and feel very secure in our home.

They were very professional while installing the system and I trust them. They have never given me a reason not to. Just knowing they are monitoring my home while I am home alone, sleeping at night or even when we are away from home makes me feel comfortable.

This company's name speaks for itself. We would not want any other company looking after our best interest. They were very quick to respond to a triggered alarm. We feel very safe and comfortable at home or away from home. They do a great job monitoring our home.

We have been using ADT Security Services to monitor our home alarm system for many years. We have never had a break-in or false alarm. Their system is very easy to use without a lot of complicated stuff, which is really nice.

To be perfectly frank, I have not been pleased with ADT, and the only reason we are continuing to use their service is because they do offer a military discount to our family. Aside from that, they are not very responsive at all. Our alarm just recently was going off, and it was fifteen minutes before ADT even bothered to call our house to find out what was going on. If there had been an actual emergency, we all could have expired by that point in time. I don't find them to be overly responsive to their customers and if it was not for that discount because my husband is in the military, I would take my business elsewhere.

They did a wonderful job on the alarm system and they were very prompt and respectful when they came out. They did the work and left us an owner s manual on how to run the system. The monitoring works great and I have set off the motion on accident and they responded immediately.

We have had this system since moving in our home 4 years ago. We haven t had any problems or complaints with the services. We test it occasionally and it always checks out.

We have had them for years without any problems, not even a false alarm. The only thing we had done was the basic system checks, which have always turned out fine. We have been satisfied with their service.

We haven't had to use their services as of yet, so I am not really sure on their response times. We feel safe and secure with them monitoring my system. I would recommend them, I guess.
