Description of Work: A-1 United bid and installed the furnace and A.C. in 2012. They were wonderful. You would not have even known they were in the house. The second year, the furnace would not turn on. They were not terribly polite or gracious when we called on service. This year, the A.C. was not cooling and we called for service. Again, they sent a technician who was rude and verbally abusive. He got mad since there was no way to get to the back yard from the front yard. He needed to go to the side of the house and use that gate. I then invited him to come through the house. That is how the fence was set up when I bought the house. When he was done looking at the A.C., he stood over me, in my house and yelled that the outside unit was not properly maintained and the problem was all my fault. He backed me into a piece of furniture. When he came back from the truck with the bill, I asked that he remain on the front porch while I made the check. As he left, he said he was glad he didn't come back in since my two kenneled dogs drove him crazy. I didn't have them back for the needed repair. I called another company to do the repair

Description of Work: Installed new heating and air conditioning system. They were punctual and did a very good job. There was no mess to clean up when they finished. |The crew was very courteous and helpful in understand the operation of all the new equipment. |We are very satisfied with the service and equipment.

Description of Work: Preventive maintenance on our HVAC system. Technician took his time explaining everything he was doing and pointed out some things that should be corrected at some point but didn't push to make a sale. Will definitely schedule annual PMIs with this company!

Description of Work: I had them convert my home to an all electric system. New heat pump,electric furnace, t-stat and new duct work was required. They did a great job limiting the drywall repairs while putting in the new duct work. This was also a complicated job as I wanted to re-locate my furnace. I would highly recommend christian and already have.
