We have used them for all our service or repair needs for past ten years and rely on their expertise and honesty. All has been good with exception of humidifier which hasn't not quite provided the humidity we thought it should.

The technician came out, checked my air, and filled it with coolant. He didn't try to up-sell me, and just provided me with the service that I needed.

A1 gave a great bid on both A/C and furnace, so had both replaced given 20 years old. I found this an overall great company for bid and service. I found A1 more affordable than 2 other bids.

They were prompt and it was a good clean installation.

Repair person came to replace a fuse and helped make sure I had the correct wiring for a new thermostat. Went very well, took about 10 mins.

They were friendly and showed up on time. The first time they missed something and we had to call them back and they got it right. So, overall when we called them again, they did a good job, but they did missed a problem with the capacitor in the air-conditioning unit. The price is very decent.

I could not believe how fast Jesse was at my house and made the repair. It was 91 degrees out and I am not able to stand high temps.

We purchased a Lennox heating/AC system from A-1 United through Costco. Our salesman, Ben, showed us the options of what was appropriate for our home and was answered all of our many questions. The work was scheduled for the following week. The technicians showed up promptly and worked quickly over the next two days to get the job done in the scheduled time frame. They were very professional, neat, and explained how to program and adjust the new "smart" controller. The new duct work, connections and insulation was professionally finished. Our new AC system is working beautifully during these hot June days and is much quieter and more efficient than the 26 yo system. Overall, A-1 United did a great job for us and we would recommend this company.

I've used the company routinely for annual checks and when our system cut out over the winter. I've always appreciated that they acted with integrity and give me honest answers rather than try to sell me more services.

My furnace was doing short timing and with their quick service, its now working like a charm. They were very punctual and good with the work.

They were able to schedule me right away. Their technician came out and did a great job, however that evening we noticed the temp in our house was quite low and I called A-1. A-1 was great about getting someone out right away to diagnose the issue, turns out the first technician forgot to turn the heater back on.

Received no communication from company after purchase. Angie's list contacted the company on my behalf and then I finally received a message from the company. I responded to their message with my phone number asking them to call me so we could set an appointment. Never heard back from them.

Very prompt in responding to my emails. I used them last year and was very pleased with their service. They sent me a renewal notice for this year for $171.20 but they let me use the Angie's List for the service this year.

Over-all it went well. However, they needed to replace a part in the new A/C System after only 1 day but the system has run fine since then.

They were patient as I continued to shop for units to get the best price. Once done, they were willing to negotiate with me to beat the top provider-from a personal standpoint I was the most comfortable with them and wanted to do business if the price was right. They understood that and worked with me. Install was fast, but they forgot to install the thermostat, and had to come back and do so over the weekend.

We are very happy with A-1's responsiveness, honest business practices and our overall experience. The appropriate and quality air conditioner they installed, to include explaining that our dehumidifier was not in an optimum location and they'd be happy to move it at no additional charge, has earned our business for life:)

Technician came out fast and was polite. Got us back up and running in no time!

This is my second review. I was asked to do another. They fixed a mess created by Aksarben....ONLY go with these guys. They are the most honest, professional and highest quality HVAC providers in the area. A+
