Description of Work: Inspected heater prior to sale of home. New motor and few other minor things. Found multiple problems that John Henry's did not when they serviced the unit in December. Seem to know what they're doing because it is much less noisy now.

Description of Work: Had service in 2011 for upstairs ac. Gods price, friendly service and done in a timely manner. Technician caused a leak and stained ceiling. They had ceiling repainted at no charge. Great service.

+ -1 moreIt went very well, over all. The tech was here very quickly after getting the call, and it only took him a couple of minutes to find the problem. There was some little switch that needed to be replaced, it wasn't anything major, but it did prevent the furnace from functioning properly. He had the entire thing fixed and running again in 20 minutes. He was very polite and worked quickly to get the furnace operational again. It was nice that it was such a small part that had to be replaced so it did not cost too much. I would use this company again in the future. It was especially helpful that we didn't have to wait until Monday to get this fixed.
Description of Work: Our furnace went out and wasn't producing any heat, even though we could hear some clicking. We opened up the furnace and the pilot light was coming on, but nothing was coming out of the blowers. So we called Capital Heating, and they got someone over to our house on a Saturday less than 30 minutes after we called. Once he was here, everything was fixed in 20 minutes.
