Description of Work: Furnase did not blow hot air. Called on a Saturday and the answering service had the gentleman doing service calls call me. Arrived within an hour. Explained and showed me what was wrong within minutes. Suggested looking into a new unit as ours is obsolete but was not pushy or persistent.
