They went above and beyond with their service, I call them to ask them to check if I could install a Washer Dryer in my kitchen. they came and thier quote was quite high that I couldn't really believe but got the scheduled for work next week.

Great. This was not an easy install because the furnace is in a tight space inside. The outside part is blocked in by rain barrels. But they completed the work without complaint.

The only reason I picked them is because they originally did my house when it was new. In 2004, my house was built. They used the heater and air contractor, so that's what I used. I had an issue with my outdoor unit.They came right away. They're a very good company.

Our water softener imploded and sent the softener gel and rust throughout the house plumbing. It was so dense that it clogged drains and faucet filters making two sinks unusable. We went down the Angie's list and called several plumbers and were told they could come tomorrow. Called Bryant from the list and they said we'll be there in 20 minutes. Tim was here as promised, assessed the situation, disconnected the now-dead softener and began the clean-out process immediately. He flushed pipes, disconnected and cleaned out all fixtures including the hot water heater and toilet. He instructed us in follow-up for the water heater to be sure it stays clear. He also gave us a very reasonable quote on a new replacement softener for when we are ready to take that step. We are extremely pleased with the prompt and efficient service at a surprisingly low cost. Bryant will be our plumbing and heating company from now on. I would highly recommend them for professionalism, efficiency and price. Total cost for this service was $85.00.

Very well. I called around 9:30 a.m Saturday, the techician came to my house at around 10:30. I told him everthing I observed and he was able to find out the problem right away. Fixed it and explained everthing to me. Could not be happier, It was going to be a hot and humid day and I have a three year old so i need the problem fixed fast and they did the job!!! Oh and by the way I called John Henry first and they wen't able to come out till 7:00 at night. Glad I call Bryant they came out on a Saturday within an hour.

The guy that came out to fix it was wonderful. My tenants are hispanic and the lady of the house does not speak any English. Their 8 year old daughter was there and he communicated through the open window with her when he needed her to turn on the thermostat. Everything went well. I feel that perhaps I could get things done a little cheaper if I checked around but Bryant is always so prompt and do all they can to get out on the same day the problem is called in. For that reason especially I keep going back to them. I have rental properties and do not want my tenants without air or plumbing for any longer than is necessary.

We didn't do a lot of comparison shopping so I really don't know about their pricing. Their responsiveness was quite good. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had a restless night in a very hot house. In the morning we called another local company that had Saturday hours. When they got there and took the cover off of our furnace, there was a and quot;waterfall of iceand quot; coming out of the cooling coil reaching almost to our floor. This company's technician determined that not only was the valve bad, but the cooling coil that was installed was too small for our system which was causing it to fail. Bryant installed that coil 5 years earlier. They spent 2 and 12 hours thawing out our system and doing all the could to get it up and running. An aging heat pump and an insufficient coil meant we needed a new system. The technician explained all of issues and got a salesman over to our house that afternoon. We had a new air conditioning up and running on Monday. In the past we'd had relatively good experience with Bryant, but after this experience, we won't be back as we've found a much better local alternative.

Looked at our bad system on Tuesday, surveyed and estimated new unit on Wednesday and started and finished new install on Friday.

The installation went as planned. The problems began in April 2005. Since that date, we have annually had to add refrigerant as well have parts replaced. The furnace works fine. Some component that is relevant to air conditioning freezes up. At that point, there is no cooling. Whatever is intrinsically wrong with the unit, Bryant has never been able to fix it, once and for all. I stopped using them for repairs because they would not stand behind their product and started charging me for repairs. I thought this will unacceptable for something that has never worked from the beginning. As I am writing this review, my air conditioning is once again on the fritz.

They were accommodating and prompt.

When they come out, they are here for two or three hours. They check everything. They do certain things that are covered by the contract and then we get 15% off of anything else that is needed.

They were outstanding. The work with them is ongoing. We have used them both here at home and at the plant. They are strictly a commercial heating and air conditioning company. They are one of our regular companies. We have nine units on the roof and we call them when we have problem with any of the units. We mainly use them during August when the air conditioning units are running. Our maintenance people take care of that. I don't deal directly with them. We have a broiler which is connected to our heating. They installed a major valve which was leaking when we turned it on. They do good work, but are not the cheapest. They do multiple different things for us.

They were excellent. We had to put in a new electrical box and we had an electrician come in and do that. They even wired and put in an outlet for our dryer and never charged us for that. It was more than 100 degree weather and they just really tested a hump to get here and do it for us. We were supposed to wait for two weeks for them to get here but they were here within two days to do it.

We have dealt with them for a long time and their service is excellent. They are very good. Their price is very reasonable. We have an ongoing service with them and the price is a couple of hundred dollars unless there is a repair.

They came out to fix my home's air conditioner. They put freon in and later realized the evaporator was frozen over. They said to let it thaw over night and they would return the next day. I arranged my work schedule to be home in the afternoon the next day but they never showed. At 4:45 I called to see if the were coming and they said that it was too late. They weren't particularly apologetic about it either. They admitted they should have called but that's just kind of how it goes. I decided to take my business somewhere else. And of course a huge bill did come in the mail. Apparently their billing process is more timely than their service.

Five years ago, I purchased an air conditioning unit with them. They were supposed to do the service on the old air conditioner, but they let me know that it wasn't repairable so I purchased an air conditioner from them. Overall, their service was okay.

The work that they've done has been satisfactory. They were prompt and they were properly trained. The pricing was very good.
