They were fast, clean and thorough. There's hardly any sign that they were here and trimmed a bunch of branches.

Prompt arrangement of visit to discuss and provide estimate. Because path to back yard is narrow, we were told that all the work would have to be done manually. This led to a very costly estimate so we went with a different tree service. Since we did not have the work done by this service, we cannot comment on the quality of work.

Arrived when promised, on time, very efficiently completed job and removed everything that they cut off.

They showed up on time, promtly went to work and cleaned up as they went and finished cleanup after they were finished trimming.

They were fine. The cost was reasonable and they came and did the job and they cleaned up after themselves. The punctuality isn’t relevant because they just came out and did it.

Ed contacted me for estimate (per my request). He listened to what I wanted, made appropriate recommendations and performed the job, as per the estimate. No unpleasant surprises. Professional, pleasant, efficient and I would highly recommend Blue Ox Tree Service.

They sent a technician out to discuss what services I needed. He provided me with an estimate, which I approved on the spot. He then called the office to get an estimate on timeline. I was surprised and pleased to hear it would only be a couple of weeks. At this time in our city, all arborists are busy removing diseased trees. Getting anyone to even respond to a phone call is difficult because of the scope of dead trees in the area. Even better, they called to say they would be able to come much earlier. I was delighted with their service and would recommend them highly.

We had two large pine trees removed from our backyard without any damage to our shed, chain link fence, or small maple trees which were very near by. Blue Ox was here on the day they promised and got right to work. Their crew of 4 removed both trees and cleaned up in about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Overall we were very pleased!

They were wonderful! When I got home there wasn't any debris or anything around the work site. They cleaned it up so well you wouldn't of known they did any work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would use them again in the future to trim my trees.

Blue Ox was recommended to me by my father, who uses them for his tree service as well. Large well-established maple tree had not been maintained for many, many years, its' branches were beginning to hang wayyy too far over main arterial street & adjacent residential street, as well as within 5' of the roof surface of our house. Certified arborist Ed Lankas conducted a thorough review of our trees, describing to me in detail which limbs would be removed, at what points, and which would be left behind. His green laser pointer made it so much easier to see which limbs he would cut, as compared to pointing them out "by hand". Ed had a crew on our side of town already doing a job nearby the next day, and was able to fit us in immediately after that job was finished. All work was completed on time. Hauling of debris was done promptly, with their on-site chipper and container truck. One small area in the yard was missed during raking, cleanup of this was addressed immediately by Ed on a follow up call later that day, and we had him remove the stump at the same time. All work was completed SO professionally and expertly that I will continue to call Blue Ox for all of my tree needs.
