At ABC Termite & Pest Control we do offer a warranted bimonthly service. It does have a 6 service contract attached to it. In signing any contract, it is up to the customer. We offer one time services but, depending on the issue, we recommend what will be most successful. Any questions just give us a call.

Description of Work: I am having a mice problem and this company comes every other month to reset bait stations. While I haven't seen anymore mice, the bait has been consumed! I hope this service is doing the job, but I don't know for sure.

Description of Work: We had hornet problems under the back soffit where there are 2 bathroom vents. I asked that he not only spray the area but remove the vents and dispose of any nest he found in there. He refused to remove the vents due to "their insurance". He offered to do the spraying assuring be that they would not be back and also spray all around the house under the overhangs. I felt that he did the job too quickly, got paid and left.

Description of Work: We had a problem with mice. They surveyed the outside of the house to determine where they were getting in at. They have placed traps on the outside of the house. They come out every 2 months to see if the traps have caught any. We no longer have mice in the house!

I like the fact that they call ahead to remind me and make sure the time is good. I don't have to think about it. I know they come every odd numbered month. The only thing I don't like is that they come and spray the foundation when I have snow on the ground. I couldn't skip a treatment in the Winter. I'm satisfied with them. Their service is comparable as other companies, but not as expensive. Their price is definitely competitive. They are responsive and always here when they say they are going to be.

They just did a normal and routine job. They were punctual. My tenants haven?t complained about anything and so I think that it has worked. I would use their services in the future too.

I wanted to protect my house against the termites. So, I started using this company. They come out every other month and spray my house for termites. I pay a little over $900 for their service. I think they are competitive. They gave me a discount. The quality of their work has been excellent. They have always been punctual. However, the guy that came out wasn?t very professional; he was new. They have some room for improvement. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are really professional, provided good info, and overall I'm very happy.
