I am very hesitant to use companies that I have either not used before or recommended to me, but I cam say without hesitation that this company is outstanding in customer service and plan on using them long term.

Our Tech Ryan Lockhorn did an amazing job explaining what was going on with the spider and mouse problem in our home. I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was! He was beyond Friendly and courteous and made it easy understand the process he was going to take to ensure our home would be pest free. Our service tech, Will, from ABC, goes above and beyond with customer service. He knocks down spider webs and makes sure all areas are sprayed. He will notify you with problem areas. His communication is superb

I called and they came out the same day to do an estimate, then completed the work while they were here for their initial visit. Ed Long was very pleasant to work with, he was honest and professional.

Will H. knows his bugs and how to get them outta your hour. If he sees some cobwebs he takes them down to make sure they are old or new. If he doesn’t know a bug you are talking about he will go find out about it. Everyone at ABC Termite and Pest control are great, from scheduling around your schedule, to being at the appt time on time. You have bugs, they will kill them!!

It was $62 for bi-monthly. It's affordable to me. They come every two months.

We noticed termite tunnels in our garage. We chose this company because pest control was their only business. An employee came to inspect within two days. This was on a Thursday. He arranged for the treatment on the following Wednesday. Besides explaining the work he also gave us a pamphlet which was very detailed. The person doing the treatment arrived almost exactly on time and explained everything again. The treatment was done in about half the time estimated. I marked the price as average because I do not have enough experience to judge. We were especially impressed and thankful for the fast response.

ABC performed chemical treatment of bed bugs. After three treatments, bed bugs were still found. I decided to have a heat treatment to rid my place of bed bugs. The bed bugs returned after two heat treatments. I contacted ABC again and they did two more treatments at no additional charge. On the fourth treatment from ABC, an infestation of bed bugs was found on the back of my wooden headboard. I discarded the wooded headboard and bed frame to help keep the bed bugs from returning. To date, I have seen no traces of bed bugs.

First of all I could set a clock by their arrival! I have pest control every other month ( the only reason I rated B for price is that I would rather have it quarterly and if I remember correctly, that is more expensive. Any way I only have them do inside the main living area a couple of times a year and when they do they use a special spray per my request. They always do the basement and crawl space, garage and yard. I trust them and ask for advice freely. I never go in basement because of my knees so they always check for any water if I ask them to after a storm. I hardly ever have pests in the house, and even if I find a few flies they are usually dying. Every one including the office staff is professional and helpful.

He was very good and he was very prompt. The cost was reasonable. It was less than what we thought it would be. We have not had any problem since they came out last.

When Eric from ABC came to my home, he discovered signs of bedbugs. He outlined the proposed treatment and the cost, with additional charge for two cans of spray to treat items that could not be placed in the dryer. I agreed to and signed the contract. I was instructed to take every piece of clothing out of the dressers and the closets, and place them, along with any/all bedding, in the dryer on high heat for 30 minutes. Afterwards, these items were placed in trash bags. Everything had to be taken off the walls, out of dressers, etc. and placed into plastic tubs. These items were sprayed with the spray purchased from ABC and the lids were snapped on. Three treatments were done two weeks apart, so we lived with the trash bags and plastic tubs all around our home. We lived out of plastic bags, too. At the third treatment, quite a number of bedbugs were found in my bedroom next to the wall. Consequently, I was advised to have yet a fourth treatment in two more weeks. I was devastated to know I had to live yet another two weeks with the bags and tubs in my way. Because I live in a condo community, I felt it necessary to let the President of our association know about this. Our maintenance man was also included in this information. He shared that, in a previous job, he had received information and training on treatment for bedbugs. He told me of a heat treatment where the temperature of the entire condo unit was raised to 140 degrees, I believe. I asked him about this treatment and decided to cancel the fourth treatment from ABC and try the heat treatment. I called ABC to cancel the fourth treatment. The secretary was extremely kind and understanding and agreed to cancel the treatment. A few minutes later, she called back and offered to perform the fourth treatment at no cost to me. I declined her offer and went ahead with the heat treatment. It appears that the heat treatment has worked! We are now free of any trace of bedbugs.
