James did a great job, couldn't have went better. Was on time and finished the job right. Made some recommendations but wasn't pushy about the upgrades. Happy to be an Aire Serv customer.

They were outstanding. Originally they checked the air spacing and they found out it the pressel was going bad and we ended up buying a new air conditioner. They are great. They worked with us they found the right air conditioner. They put it in quickly.

Went well. When there was a problem with the new unit shutting off, they came right out and stayed until they fixed problem, which was a small item but took some time to find it. They are very good and I would use again. The replacement went well. It took about a day.

I placed a call to Aire Serv at around 9:40. They were able to come out at 11:00! It only took about ten minutes to figure out where the banging had been coming from for the past several months. We were VERY grateful for the silence! (Thanks, Heather!) While she was here I mentioned the Advantage Plan they offer and the AWESOME 50% off coupon offered here on Angie's list! ($89.50 for the plan and only $25 for the baffle repair.) Now they will be back in the spring to tune up our AC and again in the fall to tune up our furnace, thanks to the plan.

Terrific service! We had AireServ install a air conditioner/heat pump/air handler and a furnace in my home in Dundee. The old furnace and air conditioner were over 30 years old. We had previously had AireServ service our units from time to time and we finally decided to replace the old air conditioner with a new heat pump and the old furnace with a new more efficient one. We could not be happier! The service technician has always been on time, professional, very knowledgable and pleasant. The installers were prompt, cleaned up their area when they were finished, very professional and worked till the jobs were completed. The sales person that bid the jobs was terrific, he explained the various options and the costs in a very informative manner. No high pressure! And his bid was what the actual cost was, no additional fees or charges. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality service, a company that reps quality equipment, a company that has excellent personnel and charges a fair and honest price.

Over all, great job, from removing the existing furnace, to installing the new. Punctual and friendly and honest.

I loved how professional and tidy they were. My biggest pet peave is companies who do not show up on time. Aire Serve was right on time and worked fast. They completed all of the work in one afternoon and did not try to sell me more than I needed but ensured I had enough for the space i was working with. I really appreciate their professionalism and business knowledge. From start to finish this was a great experience!

Aire Serv was assigned through my home warranty company, and they do a wonderful job. They are easy to schedule, and very customer service based. What I appreciate about them, is that both times when they have come to service my OLD AC unit it has been through my home warranty company. On both visits they have checked my furnace and AC unit to make sure everything is running smoothly, and both times have taken care of maintenance issues that normally I would have had to submit a 2nd claim and pay MORE money. They have the "well I am already here, let's take a look at this" mentality which I really appreciate. They also told me where I could buy my furnace filters in town and save $20 instead of having them install them. I would highly recommend Aire Serv.
