Technician did a thorough review of the furnace, told me everything identified as a problem, made a suggestion for follow up which I did. Had someone come out and make recommendation for replacement and gave me a likely price range. He put absolutely no pressure on me, just gave me information and suggested a way to proceed. I was pleased with the review, and I plan to use them again.

They always seem to find something wrong and I just don't trust them. The service guy was real schmoozy and he tried to convince us to spend more money.

Technician was prompt, professional, and friendly. He was clearly well-informed about air conditioning systems in general and my system specifically. I appreciated his direct and courteous manner, and ended up buying an extended service plan with Aire-Serv. I received a thank-you e-mail within 24 hrs -- this e-mail repeated what he'd said to me verbally regarding the service plan -- very helpful.

Serviceman arrived shortly after I was called that he was on his way. He looked over the thermostat and air conditioner, checked compression and other levels and cleaned the air conditioner. After letting me know that my 9 year old system was getting close to the averagre 10-12 year life, he sold and installed a "booster" which would help to ease the air conditioner startup by increasing the condenser's output. He also talked about his company's yearly service contract.

Jeremiah J was prompt, helpful, personable - fantastic experience. Took the time to explain an potential issue but didn't "hard sell" us on a very expensive repair. Great experience - worth the reassurance that our air will continue to work through the remainder of the season (it typically blows a capacitor every summer, it was nice to have it done proactively).

The representative showed up on time, was very nice helpful. He found a leak in the system I did not know I had and provided useful information. I thought the entire operation was very professional.

The service was done promptly and he seemed to be much more thorough with his inspection than other AC companies have shown. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.

The installer cut through a pipe and water gushed everywhere. Then he didn't know how to fix it so had to wait for plumber. This whole procedure took hours to complete.

They took the time to walk me through the system and make sure I was happy. System works and looks great. They also loaned me a temporary AC unit to get through the night until they could come back.

Very well. Tech was timely, well groomed. He asked me few questions and then took about 7 minutes to examine the installation space. Unfortunately, space constraints inhibited the install.

We woke up and our heater was not working and the temperature dropped the day before. Needed immediate service. There wasn't an open appointment until the next day. An opening popped up and the technician was at the house before me. Within 15 minutes, we had heat. A part needed to be ordered and it just came in. Should have the part put in today.

They sent two people to house from ten miles away , driving two brand new vans, we're here for one and half hours . Tried to sell me a new furnace for ten thousand dollars . You can not do that for seventy five dollars unless you sell something to Clint . What a joke .

It was great. They were prompt. The technician was really helpful. She helped identify the problems that needed to be fixed immediately and things that needed to be changed in the Spring, rather than right now. The furnace is working better than it worked ever. She got everything working great. She made sure that the humidifier and dehumidifier was working with the system correctly. It was great. We just had to save energy with it. It's a system that we would normally see in an office building. It's kind of an overkill for the house. She told us about a couple of places where we can buy the air filters because our air filters are not standard. We had to order them because they had an odd size. They are not cheap. We bought their service plan. They're going to be out on the Spring. She was great and really funny. We just loved her. We bought their service plan. What they did was they credited the amount that we paid for the big deal towards the service plan, so there was no problem. It ended up being not being much. They were right there and they emailed me within a day. My phone wasn't working so they were really good about emailing me back and forth. They're very easy to work with. They called a couple of days before she was supposed to show up to tell me what she was going to be doing. They answered the questions that I had. They followed up with me after she left on the first day. They confirmed the appointment for the next visit. They were really professional. It was really easy to work with them. She was a very nice person all around. She was super friendly and personable. They were very reasonable. I think it's more expensive because of all the hepa filters that were involved with it. The technician showed us on how to turn those things off because it saves energy. They weren't doing anything that we really needed them to do.

I got in on an Amazon Local deal and had Aire Serve perform a seasonal furnace inspection, etc. The two gentlemen that performed the inspection were pleasant enough, were thorough, and in all fairness, did a good job inspecting my furnace, etc. They were a little annoying in their attempts to up-sell me several quite expensive procedures such as duct sealing (taping all the joints in my heating system), telling me that I was losing a critical percentage of my heat from joints that needed to be sealed. And how long had we lived in our house? Oh, then you likely need to have your ducts cleaned as well. I did not bite on their attempts at selling me expensive extras, but the guys did do a thorough enough job with my furnace--they did convince me that I needed a new part on my blower motor that added a fairly stiff additional charge--that I purchased a yearly service contract that was to include my AC next summer season. That is where my problems began. The Aire Serve office called me in early March (when we were still having cold weather) wanting me to set up a time to have my AC inspected! (Of course your AC is probably going to check out ok in cool weather when there's no load on it). I told them I thought it was way too early and much too cool to be doing an AC inspection, and would they please call back to schedule the inspection later on when the weather warmed up some. They agreed to my request and I put the matter out of my mind, expecting they would call back in maybe mid to late May or early June. I heard nothing from them until after we had been nearly through the really hot stretch we had in August. I was gone for awhile and when I returned there was call after call on my answering machine wanting me to set up a time they could do the AC inspection! In the meantime, our AC went out completely--it would run but it failed to cool at all--and we were left with some uncomfortable days and nights in our house to say the least, because of course it went out over a weekend. I called someone I had had do some heating and air work for me before and that I knew was reliable, honest, and a great diagnostician (Shane, the owner of Brasch Heating and Cooling--a great person with which to do business, by the way). Even though he was busy with downed AC units because of the extreme heat, Shane came over promptly and diagnosed and corrected the problem, not without a fairly significant (yet very fair) expense, however. A day or two after Shane had expertly repaired and gotten our cooling system working well again, I got yet another call from Aire Serve wanting me to set up a time for them to inspect my AC! I couldn't believe it! They called me during the coolest weather of March wanting me to schedule an AC appointment and they couldn't bother getting back to me until the heat of the summer was nearly over? That's not what I call service by any stretch of the imagination. Now I suppose that it could be argued that I should have contacted them at some point after they forgot me for so long. Perhaps that is true. However, isn't that why most of us purchase service contracts for our heating and cooling systems, so that we can rest assured that they will in fact, receive yearly service and that someone will contact us in a timely manner to jog our memory to have the work we paid for performed, thus having the peace of mind that goes with knowing all is well with each system? Would my AC have gone out during the hottest part of the summer (costing me many hundreds of dollars) if is was serviced as it was supposed to be, in say, late May, early June, or even July? That will remain a mystery, along with the mystery of why they initially called in March and never contacted me again until August. Now after reading my particular experience with Aire Serve, you the reader can decide if that's the kind of company you wish to do business with. I have moved on to a much more reliable provider.

My appointment was for between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The one good thing I can say is that they did show up at the appointed time. Two technicians arrived in two trucks just for a fall furnace check. I was a little concerned that the neighbors thought I had major problems. I showed them where the furnace was and they removed the filter and then started the furnace without the filter. The technicians spent the longest time in my basement. I have never experienced that from another H/C service provider. I thought they were just doing a very through job. Then one of the technicians came upstairs to show me that I am not using a good filter. It is Filtrete but apparently is too restrictive. He seemed to have to pound this into me like I was a child that this is not a good filter. I am 65 years old. He also tried to hard sell me on an electronic filter and service plan. He then had me sign for the service and was ready to leave with the filter still sitting in my living room. I asked him if he had replaced it with a new one at which time he said that he had not and headed down stairs to put a new one in. The filter has to be lifted a bit, in the furnace, or it will not go totally in. He left it with about 3/4 inch hanging out the end which would have allowed air to go around the filter. I had to show him what had to be done. After they left, I went downstairs to turn off the lights and saw that the front name plate of my humidifier was missing. This leaves a hole in the humidifier that would suck air instead of drawing air from the system. I could not find it anywhere and had to call the company to request that he come back and find it. He showed up at the end of the day. I also discovered that they had never turned the thermostat off of the heating system, which they had set when they came in. It is still air conditioning season. After all these little things were forgotten, I have to wonder if they did a good job servicing my furnace. I will never use them again.

He probably knows his business but all he wanted to do was sell us an air conditioner. Pushed pretty hard. We didn't purchase one and ours has been fine all summer.

Technician was very professional and explained what he found. Discovered that windings were going bad on one unit. I decided to replace the unit with a new one. Did not use Aire Serv for the new unit as they were too expensive.
