Description of Work: There was initially some confusion on the price of services- I had forgotten about a conversation I had with the representative at the office and there had been no follow up or reminder information sent to me prior to the appointment which happened approximately a month after the initial call. However, the serviceman was very accomodating and patience, explained everything, and provided the information we needed regarding our AC and furnace. I would consider using them again.
