it didn't
Description of Work: they did absolutely nothing I see from the other reviews that they pulled the exact same scam on them. the tech made one pass over the carpet and said that was all he could get out. It took about 8 minutes. He actually made the carpet go from dirt to mud. supervisor that doe not exist, stated he could do it again but it would look the same. The positive reviews have got to come from them. i can't believe they are on Angie's list

We are sorry you still feel this way. After your initial cleaning in November we tried very hard to come out and address any concerns you may have had. If you remember, we offered for the General Manager to come out and assess the situation in addition to a 30% refund. Our technician felt the carpet was beyond repair and needed replaced and gave his recommendation to you before starting the cleaning process. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and this is well outside of that time. Given the fact you are still upset about the outcome, we would like to extend an offer to come out and assess the situation and see if there is anything we can do. Description of Work: The price was for 3 rooms. The service guy was prompt, nice and worked quickly, but the carpets didn't look much better than before. In fact, the process only highlighted dark traffic areas on the carpet. Service guy said he couldn't do anything about that.

Description of Work: The technician, Ray, was prompt and very knowledgeable . The cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. Upon arrival, Ray, covered his shoes, made an appraisal of the areas to be cleaned and after telling me what was needed proceeded to clean my carpet. The result is fantastic and the smell is so fresh. My carpet is soft and no sign of soil remains. Will be sure to use Zerorez again, in fact I booked a cleaning for my son's apartment. My treat!
