I am happy with the service they provided. They came recommended from people I work with. I was hesitant due to the other reviews but gave them a try based on the recommendation. They arrived when they said they would. They completed the project in a professional manner and answered all my questions. Yes, they did try to upsell me, but when I said NO, they were not put off in any way and continued to be very pleasant. I have some very old and worn out carpet and Blake (the rep that did my house) worked hard to get it looking decent. I would recommend their services.

It was really good. They were really good. I like them.

carpet cleaner that I The reason we were having the carpet cleaned is there were some dirt stains in front of our couch and where the carpet is close to the dining room. The cleaning did not remove the stains. I cleaned the carpet myself about a month later using a Bissel carpet cleaner that I purchased and I was able to remove those same stains when I cleaned the carpet.. Except for not removing the visible stains in our carpet, the rest of the experience was good. They acted professionally, they were on time and they charged a fair price for the task. But since I am able to do a better job than them using my own carpet cleaner. I would not use these people again.

5/8/14 - they did refund us part of our fee which was good. I have never been so disappointed in a carpet cleaning service. 1 hour for six rooms. One pass over on each area even high traffic. The person who came to clean the carpet showed up promptly but had many up sales it was outrageous. If the room was clean of furniture it was more money. Pet treatment $50 a room. $100 to protect your carpet fibers? Once you say no to all of this the carpet cleaning is very quick. The tech told me that my high traffic area would always look like it did (dirty) because we were "unwilling" to pay for the special services. My husband cleaned the high traffic areas again this weekend with our at home cleaner and had six buckets of dirty water which came out of one area. How does it look now that we did it ourselves - like brand new. We did let the company know what we thought (they called back two days later and left a message) laughing as they left it saying they would come out again to clean it! Why bother this was a big waste.

The technicians that did the work were professional and quick. They did a great a job. They did not try to oversell us, but did just the pet treatment we needed only were we needed it. We really appreciated that. They carpet was clean and soft and I don't have to worry about my toddler and chemicals.

It went fine. They were very personable, quick and thorough, had great communication and did a great job.

It went very well. We had read negative reviews that seemed reactionary and decided to see for ourselves. We are glad we did. Our experience was a very good experience. We have light beige carpeting and it still looks just cleaned.

I have used other "steam" companies in the past. Zerorez outperformed these companies in terms of thoroughness and cleaning. Highly recommend!!
